Although its just 3 months old thread but this thread will greatly help betJA dev team to rectify problems in there system (if they are sincere to this business). According to the Betja FAQ if your account is comprised the players need to create a support ticket and they will investigate the matter thoroughly and process the funds one by one and it will take some time to manually verify them and process the transaction.You can best to do is wait as said your funds are safe in your account but if you violated the rules then it will be a problematic for you to withdraw the funds.

This is interesting how this case goes. But so far, they are still active in this thread so he has high chance resolving your situation, if in case he has not violated any rule. Check their terms & conditions, as well as betting rules to see if you haven't done anything that will be suspicious to them.

the Cashout is not a permanent thing, depends on the event it may appear or disappear.

But it looks like there are really issue in cashing out , Hope you'll get your funds sooner and they will not alleged you of violating rules like many claims in other sites.

It looks like Betja has disabled PM from newbies, you can try to contact their representative via telegram, find it at the bottom of their website, just click on the telegram logo, Betja's representative is very responsive, hopefully your issues can be resolved soon.
