The truth is that in today's markets anything can change and even things that look legitimate might have other ulterior motives and do a hit and run. I do get your point that with this much caution anything new will struggle to get people on board but this is what the new businesses have to think about. If we look at the information about the promotion then we will find below rule:

So if they say like that means that you are free to wager on any sports and it will be counted towards the leaderboard.
Means that it is not limited to EURO 2020 matches only, as long as the odds of your bets is 1.2 and above then it should be counted.
