That's great you've brought this subject again, it looks like he is indeed deleting negative posts on his newly created thread. I don't think it's a good idea to run again his scam website and asking users to trust him again for asking to investment and 100% the profit will give to the previous investors, does he think we could believe that easily?

Disgusting serial scammer Dean Nolan is deleting posts from the self-moderated thread in order to suppress voices of those that are warning others about his historical betking scams and then he calls them clowns? What more can you expect from serial scammer Dean Nolan who crying in the telegram group not long ago that he was penniless and on the verge of being homeless and was going back to trying to find a full time job to make ends meet  Roll Eyes

......
Actually it's just to delete posts form these clowns, there's still lots of warnings left from other users. Just not jollygood, loyce, richgang etc since they are just liars
So I'm a clown now after you deleted my post?

The serial scammer Dean Nolan is using his self-moderated thread to suppress views he disagrees with because they list the scams that he carried out using his betking website.

He has already deleted 4 posts from 4 users that had 5 merits:

WARNING: Investors and game players need to stay well away from serial scammer Dean Nolan otherwise they will end up having their crypto stolen

Haha I also do not think that. That would not be a smart choice if it. But it seems he is back with a new site again. Thanks for warning, Jollygood.

I can see you missed me Smiley

omg i cant believe this. this guy is totally heartless. after scamming people of millions of dollars, he is coming back to scam more. the annoying thing is that more idiots will fall for it

He has claimed recently that he will refund the loses of the people. I don't believe his single word because if he was right he would not have started a self - moderated thread. He is back in business to scam more money from people.  Sad

As I have always said that I would refund the losses, I have decided that 100% of the commission the new BetKing site makes will be used to first refund the old bankroll losses and then the ICO losses.

I won't make any money until that is done.

I don't think that is anything an actual scammer would be doing.

There is a new thread in the gambling section titled: "BetKing.io Relaunch" (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/betkingio-relaunch-5287374)
See https://loyce.club/archive/details/topic_5287374.html for the warning posts Dean deleted from his self-moderated thread. Post (or quote) this URL anywhere on Bitcointalk to update it (in a few seconds).

This is what I posted:
refund the old bankroll losses and then the ICO losses.
Hey, I've seen this one before:
Bump: the scammer is back with a self-moderated thread: BetKing.io is Closed. Balance recovery + BKT/BKB buyback plan..
It looks like he's planning his next scam, including Newbie sockpuppets vouching for him.

I don't think that is anything an actual scammer would be doing.
This is exactly what a scammer would say. Once a scammer has learned how to get easy money, he keeps coming back for more.

Another newbie account related to betking? Really? So who can be behind this one..... ?

Looking for someone who is still holding depreciated BetKing tokens - reply in confidence to [email protected] (Lawyer), no fee on your part involved, need some information that will be of mutual benefit to token holders.
A lawyer?

It is a lawyer affiliated with Game Protect...

What I have been able to find out from messages is that Game Protect works with only 1 lawyer. I don't know if the company name is still correct for what he works for but that is this lawyer, his name is R. Bijkerk.
This is the company link he works for, but I do not think it is the same person as be meant in this topic:

I just revisited this thread after a while, that lawyer has not logged in since the middle of June 2020, thankfully

Do you think only "real lawyers" sit in some stuffy office 60 hours a week while the economy has gone virtual the last 20 years?
I would certainly expect that those real lawyers you mention that have stuck with the times are also competent enough to consider the use of a website prior to merely a few months ere their advertisement of their services on a forum. SSL is also quite a low bar to pass for a website. Additionally, it's just odd that the difference in time between the user's account inception and its first post is that of nearly a year.  Can't say it means anything in particular but it's definitely a long lurking session.

Jolly old boy, you seem outraged, why?  I am offering a free consultation to scam victims.  For someone who uses a pseudonym  (made up name), you seem very particular.  Also you need to read better, I passed the bar in 1992 and can use Dr. because I hold a PhD from the University of Cincinnati. Just exactly how the so-called Californian 'baby bar' allows him to use a cheap UK mailing address to pass off as his UK Office thus giving the impression he can practice law with the United Kingdom and has some dort of office where a secretary and a team of lawyers including himself operate from - that is just plain old skulduggery and nothing more than a lie.

This so-called lawyer cannot be trusted therefore everybody is advised to stay away from him no matter what he promises.

I searched his website, why exactly did the "Dr" become part of his name?

Should we raise some funds to help him buy an SSL so his website is considered safe or shall we provide him some links so he can a free Lets Encrypt SSL? Maybe we should hire a coder for him to find and fix the reasons why the SSL connection has failed?

A fake lawyer using a fake London mailing address to show he has an office there. The so-called lawyer is nothing more than a scammer.

It is a lawyer affiliated with Game Protect...

He's actually a real lawyer that went to an unacreddited law school (Taft) but passed the California bar in 1992.  (One of the few states that allow people to even take the bar without going to real law school - you just have to pass the 'baby bar' first.).

Since then he seems to have a very similar MO as game-protect.  The only difference being he is an actual lawyer somewhere and not anonymous.
- Make outrageous claims about how you are going to help victims recover their funds even though wherever the money is is out of your jurisdiction.
- Exaggerate your experience and qualifications.
- Drop links in bitcointalk threads that victims of scams are likely to see.

It seems like his cryptolawoffice.io is his latest scheme since it was registered only a couple months ago.

There's a long thread about him in a lawyer/law based forum that started in 2009 with the last post in 2018: http://thefogbow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=1207

There's probably some interesting stuff in there but I've haven't had time to do more than skim it.

Wait, to collect money outside of my jurisdiction is an outrageous claim? Cheesy

According to the judges who have immediately dismissed his cases.  Yes.

Well then if that is the case, which it is not, why is everyone so worried about one little lawyer more or less?

I have noted that, according to you, to demand the scammed BTC from the BetKing admin is an outrageous claim and the applicable court will confirm that the BetKing admin is entitled to keep the loot!

Nevertheless I still look for BetKing token victims?
