Since then he seems to have a very similar MO as game-protect.  The only difference being he is an actual lawyer somewhere and not anonymous.
- Make outrageous claims about how you are going to help victims recover their funds even though wherever the money is is out of your jurisdiction.
Wait, to collect money outside of my jurisdiction is an outrageous claim? Cheesy

According to the judges who have immediately dismissed his cases.  Yes.

I have no idea in what hole you live, but I search and collect assets from debtors worldwide (with few exceptions) in cooperation with other private detectives and lawyers!

Seems odd that someone who actually identifies themselves as a licensed professional is attacked for asking a few questions.

Of course I am not popular with some folks and this is why:

Crypto crime victims should be compensated given the billions made by ICOs, platforms, exchanges, social media, and domains.  Setting up a victim fund is a no brainer if crypto assets are to be trusted.

Bitdice is scam scam scammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
A fake lawyer using a fake London mailing address to show he has an office there. The so-called lawyer is nothing more than a scammer.

It is a lawyer affiliated with Game Protect...

He's actually a real lawyer that went to an unacreddited law school (Taft) but passed the California bar in 1992.  (One of the few states that allow people to even take the bar without going to real law school - you just have to pass the 'baby bar' first.).

- Make outrageous claims about how you are going to help victims recover their funds even though wherever the money is is out of your jurisdiction.
- Exaggerate your experience and qualifications.
- Drop links in bitcointalk threads that victims of scams are likely to see.

It seems like his cryptolawoffice.io is his latest scheme since it was registered only a couple months ago.

There's a long thread about him in a lawyer/law based forum that started in 2009 with the last post in 2018: http://thefogbow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=1207

There's probably some interesting stuff in there but I've haven't had time to do more than skim it.

Thanks for the links, interesting topic.

Another newbie account related to betking? Really? So who can be behind this one..... ?

Looking for someone who is still holding depreciated BetKing tokens - reply in confidence to [email protected] (Lawyer), no fee on your part involved, need some information that will be of mutual benefit to token holders.
A lawyer?

Wll this should be interesting to follow. When I first heard about all this, I was just waiting for some lawyer to jump on it and make it their own. I'm hoping they can expose everything because so much money has been lost now.

Bitsler is apparently giving away $200 to each new user (up to 250 people) that registers on their bitsler.com website via a referral link from serial scammer Dean Nolan.

There are no checks in place that can be traced back to real ex-betking players so all Bitsler have to go on is the word of serial scammer Dean Nolan who when he completed his final scam by stealing the $400,000 bankroll (of around 50 BTC and blamed it on a non-existent hack) it resulted in the website closing down with game players and investors losing out.

How many of the 250 accounts has Bitsler given $200 to?

How many of 250 accounts are alts of serial scammer Dean Nolan who will pocket freebie cash?

The whole Bitsler-betking $200 deal was a mistake. From the perspective of Bitsler is was a publicity stunt designed to get positive news and hope to add up to 250 new game players but for betking it was a way for serial scammer Dean Nolan to pocket as much of the cash as he could himself.

Serial scammer Dean Nolan portrays himself as a decent man that lost a business that was not because of his negligence and he portrays that because he wants to use that as proof of good conduct in any future litigation that might happen. He is nothing more than a modern day thief, a petty criminal.

I wonder who is behind this alt-account. No prizes will be awarded to anybody for guessing the obvious answer  Roll Eyes
I am a private detective and a law firm needs some BKB tokens for the further proceeding.

Very funny. You can't buy/sell them since Betking.io is closed and tokens are delisted from exchanges.
But there are still some investors who hold BKB tokens or are they meanwhile all burned?

Quote from: Betking
We are looking at ways to buy back all BKB and BKT starting from Jan 2020 with the goal of buying all tokens by the end of 2020.

I want to buy some BKB tokens, how does it work?

Is it still possible to purchase BKB tokens at exchanges?
