Sorry to know your problem, but I cant say that it is not a good sign already. Ignoring you for 10 days does not show that the site is trusted one.
Have you tried to send a pm to the official representative account in this forum? His last online was several days ago though but you can hope that he will back online to solve your issue.

Also, the withdraw option has disappeared from my menu. When I asked their support on Skype (a week ago), they said they would check with the finance department. I have not heard anything from them since.
