Not resolving issues for a week time.A very bad initial performance for them yet they are active into this forum and so as with that support but not answering you for a week do really sucks.

The issue is indeed resolved, I can log in again. Somehow the e-mails from support never arrived in my inbox.

There is one other issue, one of my bets is missing from my history (fortunately I have a screenshot). I'm contacting their Skype but no response yet. I will keep you guys updated.

Why you do not give any comments to above user who have an issue on your site? At least say something to clarify what is happening, whether his claim is true or not. It is not hard to reply, isnt it?
