Thanks for your interest in our platform. The allegation was unfounded which we have provided evidence contrary to and rest assured, the issues has been fully resolved.
We still have those two negative trust only because the users who left them are no longer active but, we are exploring all available options to get ride of them.

Our support and availability to resolve users issues and provide information's to our users will only get better and faster as we grow our platform.
Regarding the FAQ, we are releasing a new version of our website (in about 14 days) which will make all these information's easily available and accessible.

Because the input value is in USD, the user will receive exactly the requested withdrawal amount in most cases. Every now and then their maybe a slight deference in the amount the user receive especially in the case of bitcoin as their are different exchange rates used by wallet services but again, at most it will be ~ +- 2$. For instance, if you withdraw 50$ worth of bitcoins on our website, you should expect 50$ in your wallet but depending on your wallet provider, you may see 48$, 50$ (our rate) or 52$. We did not implement internal conversion mechanism because the user is operating in USD. In our next updates, we may add LTC, ETH, mBTC and some other crypto as currencies.

Those accusations were unfounded and based on nothing but conjecture. We have addressed these on multiple occasion and finally decided to open a thread to clarify the whole situation.
The evidence we provided has been reviewed and the issue has been fully resolved. All negative feedbacks were reversed except for those two users who haven't been active in a long time to review the case.
We are hopeful they will return to the forum and reverse those negative feedback as well. You can review for yourself the evidence we provided and the discussion around it here.

A little update - Our withdrawal system has been upgraded to an automatic mode now and all withdrawals should process instantly.
We are here to provide support and answer all relevant questions and take feedback's.

If you are worrying to give your real name or other information, simply put a random name.
Betnomi has stated that they will never ask for KYC, I asked the similar thing previously and you can see the answer by turning back to previous page.
I did the same when I wanted to withdraw my money week ago, I filled it with a random name and I received my withdrawal.
It proves that anyone should not be worry about personal information as betnomi promised that they will never ask for KYC for any reasons.
