Fuck, i make a bet making Haaland captain again, thinking about he is gonna wake up in this game and give me an advantage but that doesnt happen at all.

Thanks god Palmer doesnt do so much and only a few guys stands with Salah as captain.

Same  Grin At the end of the season, he will still be the most profitable player, but the fact that he and City fell into a hole and did not bring points for several rounds is annoying. For me, this is especially offensive because in the first rounds of the season (when he was most productive) he was not in my team. But no matter how bad he is in separate games, removing him from the team in the long run will be unprofitable.

Hahaha so we are exactly in the same position i also dont ahve him in the starts rounds where he was super profitable, and now when i have him he doesnt make anything for a few rounds. I think like you is a pain in the ass but i have to keep him thinking in the long run.

Chelsea is a different beast when it comes in front of goal, like the returns these guys bring from its midfielders and strikers... well played, expected a cleansheet though 👏
Chelsea are among the title contenders this season; there are no doubts about that now; they are showing better signs of consistency than last season. The squad depth and Enzo Meresca's understanding of team rotation are helping them.

UTD ARSENAL game, seems the Gunners still get it right against these Red Devils boys and Manager still needs time to get it right, I suppose we still focusing on the performance as advised  Tongue
MU did well, but Arsenal is clear of them. I am just surprised that Manchester United allowed a lot of corners even when they know how good Arsenal players are with the set pieces. Amorim would have taken advantage of our left-back position where Zichenko was playing; if he started Amad in this game, I believe United would have carried more attacking threats.

I hope Johnson delivers again today for Tottenham and Pedro for Brighton.

Not sure if we are ready for Manchester City assets, but good to see that they can hold a cleansheet as a team after so many moons  Roll Eyes and Haaland assist wow Tongue

Newcastle are a whole different team when they play from home and I thought I would be a walk in the park for team Salah but the hosts had the final say..what a game..

With the number of players that have Palmer as captain, I sure don't wish he'd get anything  Tongue Salah already have an assist to his name, come on LFC!!!
Salah turned out to be a better option than Palmer; the only consolation we have is that Palmer was able to steal a goal. It is frustrating that Chelsea scored five and Palmer didn't have any assist; Enzo is on fire!

I love this version of Mo!
If fitness does not become a challenge for Salah, he will be able to maintain his very good form until the end of the season, and that will be very good for Liverpool, but I doubt it. At some point in the season, Liverpool will need to plan to play without Salah.

Cole Palmer to that statement personal, Lol! He’d score right just before he was being subbed off, I really can’t complain since it’s certain he’d get less points than Salah, just that being able to get those extra 6 points off those that have him as captain would have been better.
He obviously did and so did M. Salah too as for the first time in this game, he just gave Liverpool the lead to ensure they don’t get to share points or losses any to the league. Liverpool still finding means to keep there point gap and advantage in the league up until the end of the year maybe. It’s just minutes left on the clock and I doubt there would be any coming back from this for Newcastle United.
Edit: Newcastle United wouldn’t let me finish to get there equalizer. Liverpool would have to share points after all.

Good thing am getting these points from Salah in this time of the league, some back to back good decisions but, Cunha seems not to be helping at all and while I expect a goal from Mbeumo and Wissa for Brentford, Chelsea just got there 5th goal and it’s Sancho on the score board.

Serves me right to change captaincy from Salah to Palmer, whom I just brought in on this new matchday. Man is on a mission. He's going to get max points and I missed out.

Lesson learnt. Don't fix what's not broken. I don't care though, I love this version of Mo!

I sure did take that captaincy off Palmer in the mid week games. Ain’t no way he was going to deliver anything spectacular in quick succession. Chelsea ain’t that team, they’ve been good but, they still count as a team with a great deal of struggles too.

Salah was the choice for me and am not regretting it. His got a goal and an assist which fits the bill for the GW as I don’t see anyone better in terms of points as we have it now.
However, Liverpool’s game with Newcastle have proved much of a challenge for Liverpool. It always seemed like Newcastle could take some points of them as, they've been taking the lead in this game, only for Liverpool to come from behind for an equalizer.

The 'this regular starter I went -4 to get isn't starting' part of the season is upon us.

Captained Palmer of course, 3 goals no contributions. Left Isak on the bench, Jackson will play 10 minutes to collect that 1 huge point for me.

I also left Morgan Rogers on the bench and he's got a goal already inside 20 minutes, Jackson is better off not playing at if he'd not have any contribution, maybe a 4th goal from Chelsea would ensure he doesn't come on.

but perhaps Palmer can bring us something before being substituted.

Southampton down 10 men, 3 goals scored so far Chelsea and no Palmer involvement in any just yet, I switched my captain to Mo' Salah and Liverpool are now trailing by a goal from Isak who couldn't finish the game over the weekend due to a knock, I'm any not pressing the panic button just yet.

Palmer is unlucky again, 1 woodwork, Tosin woodwork, and Nkunku is being Nkunku, gobbling up Palmer assists. Southampton are too careless; they don't know when to play deep and when to attack; they're basically everywhere, overlapping out of position; it'll be a long second half, but perhaps Palmer can bring us something before being substituted.

Could De Bruyne be the temporary fix that Guardiola's Man City needs right now, first start and he's got a goal and assist already

Halaand daddy has returned; now watch him unlock the robot for another few weeks and give Pep some sleep at home instead of locking himself at the office. Another reason they can't afford to lose him to Saudi Arabia next summer: the team's offensive is non-existent without him.

Looking like a terrible round, but all of us will be in the same shit. Haaland with no contributions at least, so that one isn't causing problems so far.

Jackson is on the bench   Huh
I was pretty upset that he's not starting but not too much, because I brought him on a FT and it was for Chris Wood so unless Wood does gets more points than him, I'm fine. I would have been livid if I had taken a point hit to bring him in.

I knew there was no way he was going to play another game in three days with Nkunku on the beach, and I knew there would be a huge rotation, but I kept Jackson regardless as I expected him to play at least 30 minutes.

Alot of club's rotation is going to kill some of us this GW, Palmer goal and assist us all I need.

Palmer killing me now. 3 goals by Chelsea and he didnt do anything not a single assist or goal and i got a feeling that he will be subbed off due to red card by Southampton. Probobly to save him for the weekend. Currently this round cannot go worst for me. I just cannot catch a break hoping for a good week

I don't know what to do with Mbeumo,
I already made this choice and have transferred him out. He may still be able to score some goals, but I don't think it will be as many goals as he would have scored if Wissa was not yet back. With Wissa back and in goal-scoring form, I think he is a better option.

Yeah, Mbeumo is a no-brainer sell for me.
Wissa is back and playing well, their schedule is one of the worst in the league and he's not that cheap - I replaced him in this round.

Regarding Haaland - City's schedule is improving and I expect him to start bringing the points again soon.

Bruno Fernandes is looking like my call but with the fixtures as well, it's literally looking like the same reasons I'm choosing throw Mbeumo out for, Brenan Johnson have been giving returns somewhat consistently but I'm just skeptical about his playing time taking a hit, and that leaves me with probably Mitoma, still very undecided right now.

Kevin De Bruyne starts for Manchester City, so Haaland's chances to score also improve.

Team rotation will affect most of us, maybe me most.

No Sanchez for Chelsea, and my second choice Goalkeeper already has zero points, so it is likely I already have zero from Goalkeeper. No Jackson start for Chelsea, no Gabriel start for Arsenal, no start for TAA.

Isak back in the team for Newcastle; I felt he was going to stay longer.
