They were very active before when they started create ANN and launch signature campaign, but unfortunately day after day they seems not so active when many people complaining about withdrawal problems.

There's a gap post on September 28, 2021 and October 16, 2021 which around 2 weeks. I would expect they will response soon, but looking same complaints over and over isn't good to be honest.

@OP consider to reduce maximum payout limit or you could temporary suspend your casino if you had serious financial problem.
