It would be excellent if OP could give some explanation for the measure of having reduced the withdrawal limits, maybe they are applying some kind of measure of approval to some license requirement or something? We do not know, although the demand on the platform has decreased, the site has a very good atmosphere, it is understandable, pleasant, it is friendly, perhaps a little marketing would not hurt at all to attract more customers. Hello, thank you for your feedback, we've discussed that earlier, some of the users (<10 players) got limits decrease over terms violation found by security team, you can check the details in some of the earlier posts, and also sometimes limits could differ based on player location.

5mBTC is a very small amount. I can not imagine one single reason why they should keep the funds.
Has this something to do with KYC ?
My account is full verified since months...Like everybody has the same problem here,its more then a few people bet the same games,thats normal when season break and only a few freindlys are available, looks like even they are broke..they told they make a bigger limit after a time,but was first 5 then 2 mbtc and now since 1 month a bet nothing there but no limits upgrade
Why should i set a withdrawl limit but no betting limit...when i count all these problems including my 100mbtc looks like they start a big fraud and collects from all winning player the mbtc...when dont want those player i let them withdrawl and leave but that will not happend here.i wrote several support questions,a 1.3 mbtc a 50 euro transaction pending since 12 days....BIG Fraud vom Betop and nothing else! Dont tell the same old story with the limit and the bets,thats annoying

The most important part of the casino is to reduce their withdrawal limits or it is totally zero limits of withdrawal as long as you have extra funds to cover your fees that are good to go. Gamblers usually look after the withdrawal limit and not all whale players who have a big amount to withdraw and the fee is nothing to them. Plus another the license, gambler much prefer a casino that ha license because it will surely operated fairly.
