It is not against our rules to play with TOR, but we certainly reserve the right not to offer any free BTC on Accounts made using TOR. We have made exceptions for people on this forum. I gave this guy the benefit of the doubt because he made an account here just to ask. Likely will not happen for another poster with such a low post count

I will update here once we've looked into it.
