If you are working to overhaul the whole system remember that the first time you guys started it was a bit of a problematic period and still goes on, there are still a lot of problems going around in the website right now, if you do a huge overhaul now, you may end up with more bugs than before you started fixing the ones you already had.

However, it is obvious that people want this place to succeed, we want it to be a great place, we love the idea, the whole system is amazing, we just need it to have less bugs and more uninterrupted fun without any complaints from the gamblers. Right now you are in a tough spot, if you fix everything and make it work amazingly, you will be a successful place, however if you do that it will take time and money to get people back.

This is a big bug like incorrect graded matches but then again the site is given a lot of free money and bonus to test. I am sure a lot of work is to be done by the developers and coders to make everything write and they are spending a lot of bitcoins on testing only.

They literally gave over 1 btc for free in these 3 weeks since running . What are you talking about ? They've also paid countless $$$ compensation to users who dealt with bugs . I literally cashed out 0,1 btc just from the starting 0,001btc + some compensations for bugs .
You're a newbie account with 3 posts and u literally "know" everything going on with betroar . For any starting business dealing with so many bugs etc would literally cripple them , add into the count the holiday season and maybe you'd understand a bit that backlog is normal . I've personally had bets, withdrawals etc pending for many days , some were fast in few hours some were done in days , but in the end it got solved always .
