I wait for bet grading for 12-108 hours (1-5 days) from Nov 27th to Dec 19th.
and now I wasted my time to post replies without answers.
I didn't leave any bad comment about OP, I can understand everything.
F*n 5(!!!) days. Five! You could check my acc manually thousand times and approve the cashout.
I see support answers with [230] number. It is about 7 a day (your first post in Nov 2019). Only seven!

I still have just one slight tiny bit about the website, there is a HUGE button on right on the top of the home page that says "claim My FREE bitcoin and Start Playing" yet whenever you click it you get nothing.
Now, I don't mind not getting anything, nobody is forced to share money with other people and that is something we can live with, but if you are not going to give people any free money than maybe you should not have that huge banner on the homepage of your website neither? Or if you want to give money then you should fix the banner so people could get the free bitcoin you claim you can get. Whatever option you go with, it will certainly be better than the current situation where there is a claim of free bitcoin but when clicked nothing happens.

I understand gamblers don't think about the casino most of the time because they only care about how much money they have and that is the main point for them but at the same time if a casino goes bankrupt while you have money inside that will hurt you as well so you should hope that the website is perfect but you just happen to win.
Things look like they are taking a bit time, I don't know how easy or hard it is because I am not a developer myself but I can sense that this beta wasn't as successful as they imagined it would be with the amount they gave away as well. Maybe they should hire some developer help from someone who can fix the issues faster?

It's been 6 days since I contacted the support team to solve the problems that I have and absolutely nothing happened expect for a bet that was graded as a win.
1) I have successfully completed the rollover, made more bets that required but it still shows me I have to bet more. The support team have answered me with a simple answer I already knew which is that bets need to be on events with odds of at least 1.5. I guess they didn't even take a look at the bets that I've made.
I also just made another bet to see if the rollover requirement balance changes but it seems like it's some kind of bug because it's stuck at the same number.
2)Multiple bets have been overpaid. I thought this bug was already fixed after you noticed it in the first place but now it's even worse because I got overpaid triple the amount I was supposed to instead of double as it happened before.
3)One of my bets is graded as a won but the winnings have not been added to my balance. This happens at almost every bet I make and it's not a matter of hours until it's fixed because last time I waited almost 48 hours for the winnings to be added to my balance.

We are seeing some very odd things that have happened to you account specifically, I presume because you were one of our first members, firs referrers and have had your balance adjusted a few times. When ever I am sending any mail through your offline support, I do not recieve any confirmation mail stating my ticket number and also a thank you message. If it has not been implemented then please do so as I need to something to quote you when your support doesnot respond.
My old issue has not been solved yet and I have sent another mail asking them, if I do not hear from them within 48 hours, I will Update this post for you to help me as you have been very helpful in the past.

Recieved a reply from the support after few hours of raising a request. That is good service. I have raised a withdrawal request and hopefully it gets processed with in 24 hours.
I will update my post once it has ben done.

I got a referee and the referral commission system tracked my commission from the bets made by my referee, but the commission is not reflected in my wallet after a week. Because their referral system is a fraud that's why. Wasted a lot of time with them for nothing.
Not sure if it is a fraud. But one thing is for sure that people are exploiting the referral system by make fake accounts just to get the benefits of the referral commissions. This is a problem when you give good incentive for the referrals and people start exploiting it.
This is the reason behind any current delays in withdrawals. We have been open in a early access phase for for less than a month, and we would like to continue offering generous signup and referral bonuses.Look for some big improvements coming soon
