Yes it is about luck and cant be altered although I would say that chances are slim with just 1 ticket but still there is some chances

Last month was around 60-70k tickets ( cant remember exactly, so lets get this to the average of 65k ). The chances for you with 1 ticket would be 1/65,000 = 0.00001538 % chance to win

Just for the heads up, it seems to be some minor error for the dice game as it will give you some pop ups error if you try to roll. The dev is fixing it at the moment and should be back up later

P.S : plinko and horse racing arent affected by this

If you mean the usual rakeback then it will keep on available until further notice but if you mean the 5.5 BTC rakeback bonus for the GOLD VIP then it will only last until someone claim it

It works fine on mine and it should be not possible that the system update only the loss amount because if the system did so then you will end up with 0 BTC at some point, are you sure about this as there hasnt been any report regarding this? Moreover this is just a visual issue and not gonna affect your balance, so you can simply click on the refresh balance button

Sorry for the inconvenience Ranlo, this is very strange that only one account has this issue, I've forwarded the issue to our developers to take a closer look. You already tried clearing cookies on the browser I assume?

Cookies are clear, and also tried in Incognito mode (FF/Chrome) and neither of those work, either.

There have been a couple times it has randomly started working after a delay of ~5-10 minutes (like the screen will remain un-updated and then 5-10m later it will finally sync) but that has been rare, and then a refresh results in the same non-connection issue. But throughout that same period, I can still log in using an alt account with no problems (even on the same PC -- like I can use FF to log main, and while it can't connect, use Chrome for the alt and it will work flawlessly, and then swap the two with the same result).

It's a really weird problem.
