Did you already rescan the blockchain? 99.999% of the time that's all it takes.

Hi ranlo, i check in the Debug Window| console |cmd : help| , and i did not see the cmd rescan, i think it only exist in the bitcoin core.

Im not sure. Only mammix2 the developer can respond to that.

Hmm, I've used it on every altcoin I've messed with as well without issues. Should be present in everything. Even there in LTC, FTC, DOGE, etc.

Hi,nickaizoku.Verify if your wallet have the same blocks as the blockexplorer.

Steps to check:

1) Go to Debug Windows, which is found on the Help menu of the wallet
2) look at the 'Current number of block' figure

Check it against the block explorer http://blockexplorer.betterbets.io:8080

checked and its same block with the explorer.. is anything missing or wrong what im doing? i believe i done everything alright..
i just lost all my stacking coin.. the leftover was not staking coin..


and as we can see in blockexplorer im still at number 72.. which i stated before.. i have 1600 in wallet but in explorer i have 1200 coins

thanks for the guide guys, i finally got it and syncing new wallet right now..
next step is i need to close my wallet after syncing? and replace my copy wallet.data into the rubies folder again?
is this correct steps?

edited: ive copy my wallet.data to new folder, but i lose my staking coin.. Sad how can it be done actually lol

8. Replace the new wallet.dat for the older one;
9. Run the wallet again.
10. Unlock the wallet to stake.

After this steps, you can see your coins in there, and the wallet will started staking.

seriously my old coin gone..
i have 1500.. after new wallet and staking and it show i have only 300 coin left. lol
i still have my old wallet data.. but still cant retrieve it. weird..
yea i done all the steps here..

You need to do --rescan (I believe is the command). The wallet holds all data BUT if you add the wallet after you've synced, you're missing a lot of blocks. You'll need to rescan the database to fix that.

Hi Nikaizoku,

One of our machines runs Windows 10, you may not be seeing the folder BBdevs pointed you too because it's hidden by default. Open up any folder on your pc and click the "View" button, then make sure you have a check mark in the "Hidden items" box. Then you can perform the steps our team listed. Great question, hidden items is off by default on Windows and I'm sure another Rubies user would have asked at some point.

Hi nickaizoku, try to write %appdata%, in your clean browser folder | hit enter| find the rubies folder|

Try this press windows button + r and type %appdata%(there should be 3 folder in it and one of them contains rubies data) it will open up the folder, find the rubies wallet folder delete blockchain data and re-sync it.
