that would be a really cool idea i would surely want to try it out because there will be some political events that i might predict how it will turn out
Nice idea, I also hope there is a local betting and not just the elction in the US.

Betting on Elections candidates is quite easy. People can easily know what candidates who competent enough to win.
And by the way i'm never bet on that things.
If i choose to support any candidates, then i prefer to give contribution to them. Not by making bet.
There are a lot places to do betting; horse racing, sports, or casino games.
I don't think it's easy at all and usually the same rule of betting applies there too, if the contender is favorite to win, like Djokovic is favorite to win a grand slam then the odds you get on it are quite low and you'd have to bet a lot more to make anything which in itself is a risk because a minor shift of votes and you risk losing a lot of money.
DB has it but if you don't see a particular event OP then ask them, they add the events if they can and/or if there is much demand for it.
Directbet offers this kind of betting but it is too early to place bet on any candidate.There is still one years and still candidates are struggling to be nominated by their parties.I would also place bet once the situation is more clear.
Mayne quite a new idea, but well my one vote won't even make a difference. And I don't think anyone would wait months for election to happen and double/triple their bet while they can do it on a single click on a dice site.
I am waiting for the day where they are lot of choices for election betting available but for now they are limited choices.

Man, there are so many boring things to bet on now. Elections, weather, reality TV show winners etc. I prefer to stick to casino based games & sports.

That's not really a problem. If they bet for both they won't win a lot of money or even lose some of there is a lot of people in the winning side.

giving the bet to an escrow is a good idea that is if there's only a few participants and only 1 person is allowed to bet on 1 candidate, so that who ever wins escrow can send the BTC to the winner and no need to calculate or divide is there are more than 1 winner
I think we can't done this if the number of participants on betting is max to the number of candidates you will bet.
that means first come first serve on the one you will want to bet.
