I also feel that gambling and betting are the same. both equally need luck to win. apart from that you also need to risk anything for it. but I guess to bet on sporting events are most likely to win, because if you bet among a strong team and a team that is weak, I think we certainly would bet on a strong team, but you only need to consider how a score that would result from the match

It isn't really the same. If we're going to think like you, it means having a restaurant is like owning a casino because you make money out of both businesses. Wrong, because they are completely different.. I see gambling as a way of stealing your money without you ever being able to think about your decision. For example, in a soccer match between Portugal and a very small, new team means OBVIOUSLY that Portugal will win. But when it comes to dice games... Oh well, it's all about your pure luck.

Its is indeed the same as gambling because you are betting on something and its also that with some sports you need luck to win the bet you have set.

But not necessarily all the gamblers are putting their money to double it. Many gamblers are going for gambling just to have mind relax. They are just focusing for their entertainments, and may not prefer to go with sports betting as it will require some calculations and analysis whereas other gambling are so just entertaining. So, in my view, sports betting is not just usual gambling.

For sure sportbetting is included on gambling since you are risking money to win money just predicting on the result of the said game. There no question asked, sportbetting is also a gamble because of the involvement of money and as we all know gambling is all about winning or lossing which is present on sportsbetting.

I think in some kind of a perfect world there is a huge difference between betting and gambling. I am talking about the world with no corrupt games or fights and people always behave pretty much the same and are very rational. In that world it would be possible to gather the information about soccer teams, for instance, and put money on a better one. However, I don't believe we live in such a world, actually.

Sure betting on sports considered as gambling too. Look at the odds. Every good teams/person that have a good chance to win the game will have a lower odd while the weak one will get the bigger odd. Even you pick the good teams everytime, that wont guarateed that you will gain profit at the end. Sometime surprise comes when weakest team beat the stronger one.

But it is not so easy to make money from sports betting if that is true then by now many sports betting service providers should have closed their site.
