Good catch! I can confirm this.
I also noticed that the faq page is too long, although it's incomplete. They should make it shorter so the visitors can find the information or the answer they are looking for quickly. Not sure if it's only me but opening the faq page makes my browser irresponsive.

Since they have a Curaçao license, I assume the list of restricted countries will be the same as the one you can find on any other Curaçao licensee.
