Leading Crypto Sports Betting & Casino Platform
Hi, i was looking for restricted terrorities from your terms and conditions and you don't have a section for that. Which would be odd for a regulatory compliant casino (which i assume you should be as you are asking for KYC).

So i am not registering until i have a list of restricted countries, because there seems to be trend on less regulated casinos adding EU countries to that list sooner or later.

And while i am on it, your FAQ seems incomplete.

It just stops in the middle of sentence under "Making a bet and calculation" to "2. What are the types?"

Greetings, forum members.

I can confidently state that I have been observing this forum for over 3 years. Let me reiterate: observing.

I haven't left a single message until today.

I have been exploring and continue to explore the crypto-betting market, gaining experience.

With this experience, I believe I have the right to both criticize and praise organizations in this industry.

After studying the thread, I decided to trust you and test this site.

Here's my experience:

I made 2 small deposits: $40 and $50.

I placed 7 in-play sports bets, each with an amount of $20-25.

I won 2 bets but lost the next 5.
I replenished after balance zeroing for another 70$ and immediately caught the cut of limits to 1$ per market on all sports.
Of course, they didn't allow me to withdraw the $70 USDT. Initially, they informed me that I needed to complete the KYC.

Submitting a photo of my passport wasn't enough. They demanded proof of my residential address, such as a bank statement or utility bill in my name.

Well, I provided them with all the required documents, and my account was fully verified. I then submitted another withdrawal request, only to be rejected again, stating that I needed to wager the deposit amount.
I found myself in a complete trap since, as a reminder, my betting limits were reduced to $1.
To my objection that I would need to make 70 bets at these limits - I was offered to go to their casino.
I wagered $70 at the casino.

Even that wasn't enough for them.

I wagered an additional $10.

But the system kept denying my withdrawal request.
Meanwhile, the live chat support kept asking me to wait while they checked the information.

After spending an entire day on the casino and chatting with the support, they eventually refunded my initial deposit.

My overall experience was negative.
I went in to bet on sports. And in the end I spent the whole evening playing in the casino (which, by the way, I don't play at all) to get my deposit back.
This company is utterly repugnant. If interested I can provide screenshots, but correspondence with support in Russian.

Dear Gamble Guardian,

We appreciate your feedback, but we find it challenging to believe that you have been silently observing the forum for the past three years without registering, only to suddenly create an account and leave a negative comment about betzus. The fact that your account is just two days old with a single post solely focused on us raises suspicions of a targeted negative campaign.

We want to assure you that our KYC Verification process is standard, and it requires the uploading of specific documents. If it is determined that some documents are insufficient for verification, we may request additional documents from you. This procedure is clearly outlined in our terms and rules section. Ensuring the validity of accounts is crucial for us to prevent multi-accounting, especially since we offer our users both no deposit and deposit bonuses.

We value feedback from our users and strive to provide a fair and transparent gaming experience.

We wish you the best of luck.

Team betzus

I can make a confirmation video showing that I didn't use any bonuses.
And after 7 bets, where 5 were losing - you cut my limit. To which your support team replied: "the system automatically did it".
And now answer me, who created this system and customized it, if not you yourself?

With pleasure after - accepted my new deposit, which was obliged to win back in the casino, instead of betting on sports.

"raises suspicions of a targeted negative campaign" - On the contrary, only you yourself and create such an impression, not by words, but by actual actions.
Except for negativity - you deserve nothing, with such an attitude to a new client.

You create a trap for the customer contribution of funds.
And not being able to keep an honest bet on sports.
Then disconnect sports betting if you are not able or do not want to bet.

I hope that my message will drive at least one player away from you and save his time and money.

And a "blind fool like me" - the next person who tries you as a bookmaker - will agree with me completely.

And now yourself adequately give yourself and assessment and answer the question: who is your client, if the bet of 25$ - for you is not possible.

Dear Gamble Guardian,

If you were observant enough, you would have noticed just four replies above yours that another user has successfully withdrawn over 3k$. The withdrawal process typically takes some time to complete. As I mentioned earlier, if we find the provided documents insufficient for verification, it is standard procedure for us to request additional ones. I would advise you to keep observing and exploring different casinos for the next three years until you find the right one that suits your needs. In the meantime, I kindly ask that you direct any negative campaign elsewhere.

Thank you, and best of luck in your search.

Niko @betzus

You have not answered any of my questions, the first of which was about the "system".
My observation earlier was enough for a message in which a man mentioned that you have withdrawn such a significant amount of money to him. You don't have to worry about that.
Why do you block him and me after only a few bets?
And I hasten to disappoint you - his comment also does not show you in the best light.

And the next question was: who is your client? After all, you that big or small bets do not suit you. Why do you need a section "sports" then?
Where did your powers of observation go at that moment?

Apparently your company doesn't have the budget to handle sports betting.
You didn't even ask about my account ID or email, because you know exactly who is writing to you. This only means that you have very few customers.

I want to assure you that with further such activity and communication - you will not have more clients.

I'll watch for another 30 years if I see fit.
And you offer your advice to someone who needs it. Starting with yourself.
Dear Gamble Guardian,

Firstly, you are absolutely correct – I don't have any knowledge of your Account ID or Email, nor am I familiar with the specifics of your case. If our support team determined that additional documents were necessary for verification or any other aspect, I stand firmly by their decision. Rest assured, betzus is composed of individuals who prioritize user experience above all else, and every employee of betzus always keeps it fair with their users. I can unequivocally assure you that there has never been and will never be a case where a user who has fairly won is denied their payment.

Regarding our user segmentation, I'm not obligated to discuss our targeted users with you. Any reader of this thread can readily see a few things: 1. You recently created this account, yet claim to have been observing for years and only now decided to comment – which does raise suspicions. 2. Your tone throughout this thread has been notably negative. Had you been genuinely concerned, a personal message could have sufficed, and it would have been addressed promptly – just as it was for the individual who withdrew over 3K$ recently. 3. This is where our conversation concludes. This forum offers thousands of casinos whose user you could potentially become.

Also, I would like to assure you that your comment will be used as feedback for us. I'll make sure to take note of it and inform our support team, with the aim of making the verification process smoother and more user-friendly.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish you nothing but good luck. I'd like to offer one more piece of advice: when situations don't unfold exactly as you expected, try to remain calm and avoid spreading negative misinformation to others until your issue is personally addressed.

Best regards,
Niko @betzus

I am still grateful to you for eventually withdrawing my funds. Even though I spent an hour in the casino instead of the 3 sports bets I wanted to make originally.
I have no complaints about the verification or customer service.
My main complaint is with the sports betting service.
And the wagering of the deposit only in the casino.

Good luck to you, too.

Hello,

It is interesting for us (players of betzus). you mentioned that the company utterly repugnant and you sad if its interested you can provide screenshots.

Firstly, When you start destroying the company in this case "betzus", your first step should be to post screenshots and not intriguing texts. if you are interested what is intriguing texts, here it is( if interested I can provide screenshots) If you had screenshots, you would have posted them already.

Secondly,  You are sitting here about 3 years and reading threads? its just unbeliveble bro, you need to try different strategy another time  Wink  and if so, and you love reading, I can send you good books in DM and start reading there.

Do not try to spoil our attitude towards the company.

Just shi***st Campaing I've ever seen.

Yeah, I didn't see the point of posting with messages:
"oh, what a cool design you have";
"nice to welcome you to the forum";
"oh, what an interesting bonus you have", etc.
In order to accumulate "number of posts" and "authority" here.
Hollow talk is not my thing.

If you are a casino player - super place.
If you bet on sports, how do you do it on betzus? betting $1$ once a year? As often as I post on this forum? Smiley

I have been watching for years new companies that appear, watching their activity and reviews by participants for six months, a year. Before I started playing. Are there not many people like me?
I've been watching YouTube for 10 years, and it didn't bother me to leave only 5 comments there for these years.

Leading Crypto Sports Betting & Casino Platform
Let me share my experience with Betzus. Good website, easy to navigate. And they paid me out within minutes a fairly big amount (3700) euro. But there are also negative sides: the KYC process was long and slow. They kept needing another document one after each other but didn't communicate it, so I had to go into the livechat several times what else they needed. In the end it got done in just over a week. Another negative is that they limited me after just a few won bets. So I withdrew and sadly cannot play anymore. Because I would have like to stay longer at Betzus but with maximum stakes around 17 euros per MLB game it's not fun for me anymore.

 Shocked Shocked

this is a very sad statement, it didn't make sense for a casino to ask for kyc with small amounts of money, if the person was depositing 1 or 2 bitcoins or more, I could even say that it makes some sense but asking for kyc while the person didn't big deposits and something that doesn't make any sense, who would launder 5000$ in a casino? money launderers don't waste time laundering money with small amounts, they put a lot of money in the mixers because time is something that runs against them, in addition the casinos have requirements such as obliging people to have to play with all the amount deposited, so it is unnecessary to keep asking for kyc when it is small amounts

about capping you to 17 euros, this is also a very bad thing, you were not a whale who played with large amounts of money, so I'm wondering what will happen to people who make large deposits and play with large amounts of money? these people will be limited at the same time not to mention that they will ask them for kyc and as you said, they will constantly ask for documents, so this is not a reliable casino and ideal for the rich to use

Whatsupp? what you think about club friendly championship in football? I need to bet on smthing, and nothing more interesting yet. The Women's World Cup nearly bankrupted me Smiley)) so I'll never bet on womens football ever again Angry Cheesy

What you guys think? lets make YES/NO answering program. If YES than why? If NO why not?

I see on the website that there are friendly games and people can bet, honestly these friendly games are very unpredictable, teams can put their worst players and then during the game they can remove the worst players and put their best players in the same way as the teams can put their best players and a few minutes later they can withdraw all their best players and put their worst players in their places, and that makes the result very unpredictable, even to bet on the over goals market, or else on the 1 half or 2 half becomes difficult so I'm not betting on these friendlies

women's football is a big disaster in my opinion, the defense doesn't know anything, for example it was normal for a goalkeeper not to be able to defend an easy shot, I'm glad I didn't waste my time and money betting on those games of the world cup of women's football, the main leagues play again on the 11th of this month, so it's a good time to wait until the 11th of this month to start placing sports bets, because spending time and money betting on meaningless games is not smart

Thanks for answer like this.

On which sportz are you betting? and which championships? thats intresting if its not a secret Grin

Of course, it's no secret which leagues I bet on, because I keep posting when I win, but I often forget to post my bets, and the following is what I've been betting on in the leagues:

premier league = (English league) and the reason I do this is because it is a very popular league, it has very good quality games and because it is a very popular league it is easy to get information about each team and each member of the team , with this data it is easier to place a bet, even the person can afford to make a multibet bet because it is enough to analyze the games and know that in the Z team, which are favorites to win the game, there is no shortage of players and their opponent who is a weak team has a lack of players so putting the Z team and other games in which they are in the same situation, you can get a good multibet bet. in the premier league i bet more on manchester city and united, arsenal, liverpool (last season i stopped betting in favor of them after luis diaz and diogo jota got injured

La Liga = I place bets for the same reasons I mentioned about the Premier League, and in La Liga I bet more on Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, but sometimes on other teams, like this season Real Madrid is without Benzema, which has already left the team, I will be careful in betting on real madrid

Budesliga = same reason I mentioned the premiership and la liga and in the bundesliga I bet more on bayern and dortmund, and on the other teams too but not very often

Serie A = same reason, here I bet more on inter, milan, roma, juventus, napoli and then on other teams not very often

Ligue 1 = same reason, and I bet on PSG and all other teams infrequently

Liga Portuguesa = the same reason and I bet more on benfica, porto, sporting, braga

betting on friendlys is the best time of the year, during summer and winter.

so many great spots to earn cash when you do some research on some games.
there are many often good games with teams sending shit squad as favorite, or sometimes games played 120min instead of 90.

the last 8 years i made most cash during friendly „season“ each year

but to be honest its getting a little bit hard from year to year, cause boookmaker also getting better in setting the odds

Didn't heard same words from many people:)) You have insticts bro Cool, just do it  Wink
