Anyone know this guy? I made my first trade here with him then he opened disputes for an unauthorized transaction.

Contact me if you have any question...
Exchange of bitcoins can be done through PayPal only when exchanging peer to peer. Exchanges are not allowed and your PayPal account will be frozen and the money reversed. When you exchange peer to peer, you have to use a different reason other than exchange of bitcons, e.g. purchase of eBooks, etc

True, But even then, sometimes PayPal can ask for proofs that you purchased or sold that eBooks or what ever you tell them that you sold or purchased Cheesy...

Anyway: theymos you should change the "AlertPay" with "PayZa"  as they changed the name few years ago Smiley

how do I secure my self if I want to sell my btc for paypal usd? (newbie)
You don't. DO NOT try to use PayPal to convert your BTC. You'll end up with your account seized and no recourse. PayPal sees BTC as a direct competitor and does everything possible to monkeywrench the works in that regard.

Join an exchange. There's one that will issue a debit card you can use to draw cash or make POS purchases in USD.

is there an exchange that send usd to paypal?

Sorry...you're still not "getting" me. DO NOT USE PAYPAL FOR ANY BTC-RELATED TRANSACTION. PERIOD. To answer your question, though...no, none of the exchanges will deal with PayPal...at least not the reputable ones.

Hello, how to ensure safe transactions on Paypal by preventing reversible requests ? Does sending money as a friend&family gift work ? Does that garantee the buyer cannot ask reversible transfer? What about the note left while purchasing through paypal, should it be left empty or mention something such as "i, the buyer, honor the fact that this operation is final and will not be reversible". Thannks

You can try selling BTC for paypal if you wait 180+ days to send the BTC after receiving paypal payment.  Very doubtful anyone would want to trade with you if they have to wait that long, but its the only way I can think of to make sure you dont get a chargeback.

I had a rough experience with Paypal about 4 months ago. I wanted to sell 1 btc online and found a better deal with a buyer offering to buy at USD440 (at that time the price of bitcoin was ranging between USD 320 to USD 350). Little did I know that this person was a scammer. We did the transaction very well and I sent him the 1 bitcoin after his funds had reflected in my Paypal account. When I logged into my account about 2 hours later, I realized that the account had been frozen and was asked to explain the transaction. I explained through the support ticket by giving evidence of the transactions and even the communication I had with the buyer. I did not know that I was fixing myself and Paypal ended up freezing the account for good with all the funds.

I'm well aware of that issue...what I'm asking is if anyone can give any feedback on whether Bit-X's debit card does what they say it will do at Level IV.

Bit-X adverts that they can issue a Visa debit card to make direct draws. The identity/etc. restrictions are similar to the top tier at other exchanges, which I think is good. The bank is in the UK, I believe.

Has anyone had direct experience with this?

No feedback...posting again to see if I can find some decent info.  Cool

PayPal unlike many other services forbids the use of digital currencies.
They have been seizing accounts for years.. it happened to me.
When i google searched the email Paypal sent me i seen a guy post the same one her back in 2012.
It's not chargebacks you need to be worried about it's simply forbidden !
and THEY WILL seize your account and take money.

Avoid Paypal with Crypto or suffer the consequences.
