Funny thing with the timing and getting the counts in. With these now in the record for the court's consideration, I wonder how the FTC will make use of them in the case.

Considering most of these issues were caused by Inaba (Josh) I recommend as that you send Inaba the defense bill. As he seems to be largely the cause of your court battles (in my opinion).
Just a suggestion, you don't have to follow through with this suggestion. In fact, you can always foot the bill for Inaba (Josh) sake as I know you are a kind soul and it is an issue between you and Inaba. Thanks for being a great friend and being there for him. I really respect you for holding up [more than your share] of the "mistakes".

If only we had Inaba or bcp19 in this thread... hey, considering bcp19's socks, he's sure to come around to bludgeon us with his genius whit at some point. He probably thinks he can get away with it at any time by blaiming someone here anyway. I'd bet my last quarter that bcp19 will pay us a visit within the next [redacted] pages.
It's all my fault! When I was invited to tour BFL, Bruce begged me to tag along. Once inside, we were shown the burn-in facility where Josh explained to both of us how the miners were being tested on the testnet. If it wasn't for me, Bruce Peterson wouldn't have been there that day and probably wouldn't have been hired by BFL to eventually work in the testnet area so that they could be shipped out in a timely manner. If BFL wasn't using a testnet, but testing live, then Bruce, being the honorable US Navy guy he is and receiving a full pension for such, would've reported to those that BFL was stealing from because that would've been the most honorable thing to do.
That said, I apology for my actions, for Bruce Peterson garners two paychecks for his lies paid in part by those whom were ripped off if you live in or pay taxes to the IRS.
