Well, thanks to research by Mr. So Isolated, the FBI, FTC, IRS, KS AG, to name most (purposely not mentioning others), are looking into EMC. I'm sure they'll conclude AND concur that most the miners attached to the EMC pool were own by BFL and their comrades, with very few owed by individuals outside BFL's Band of Thieves playin' Game of Thorns.

EMC hash rate going down. and difficulty poised to make a near 3% drop. I wonder if they have any unlisted hashing power that might dropping as well.
Inefficient miners. Means EMC is going to close up shop. We all know what they use to mine. Monarchs and whatever BFL crap and they won't last for dead loss. Take a look, the day I posted the Band of Meme's pic, the EMC site had close to a hundred extra miners that are now missing.
I can only assume either 100 mining units walked away or it is being dismantled as we speak.
Edit: Lets hope Josh will pay the server bill at the end of the month. (Like he apparently did last November/December when people were messing with him over his Military career and he allowed the BFL site to lapse.) I would hate to see the claims if they don't let people drain the hot/cold wallet before then.
