Thank you for whittling the problem down to something manageable and not including the prior content (which is just unprofessional).  (on a side note I emailed you but Im not sure if you deleted it).

The answer to your question above is that the pool.biblepay.org has a feature where any user can request an old instance of a proposal be hidden in the pool only, *if* they re-enter the proposal with the exact same name, within the current 30 day vote window.

This has been in the pool and used by Bloom, Compassion, and me and is a legitimate feature.  It lets our community vote on the latest instance, if for example the prior instances are going to put us over budget.

In this case, I added up all the proposals in the pool and made an effort to lower myself and compassions enough to fit in the budget (which was not known until two days ago, since we have Kairos and Jaaps two now also).

None of the proposals have ever been deleted- and if you wish to use the core wallet to view them you can see all of them.

When I designed the pool, I made it so that it is easier to use - and that feature is important that the graph totals up properly. If we didnt have it, we would be overbudget every single month except last Christmas when we first started this.

We always had a budget problem!  Since month #2!  You have to realize the pool has to fit the proposals within the grand total on the graph!

Interesting, how does this affect sanctuaries and the superblock generation?

Do they as a matter of course ignore the oldest/older proposal?

Your entire post was partially an attack on biblepays image, my character, and full of a lot of misleading information and some lies.  Therefore it was deleted.

Why don't you reply to me here? Why hide?

The truth is in the blockchain. You of all people should not pretend like that's not the case.

I don't really know what's the problem if someone has more or less BBP masternodes.

Were Dash adopters arguiing about this on their early days? Would this discussion not exist if we had 4000 MN?

It is not that a possible control might be in few hands, something that probably happens in all cryptos (Bitcoin included), but that those with majority have the right incentives to "behave" and favour the coin's stakeholders interests instead following some harmful agenda.

At this very early moment we are in, I think all here have very similar incentives. I mean, it's not just a matter of money when you can get 1,6% of the masternodes with just 1 BTC.

Are we so far away that we can't close the gap of our differences? I don't think so.

I have no problem with someone owning a bulk of the masternodes.

My only concern was if someone is putting a proposal out there to get public opinion, and ends up overriding the public opinion... This is dishonest, and is a risk for any masternode coin I suppose. (for clarity, Rob has said he didn't do this,  but I wouldn't want anyone else to either)
At this point,  Rob and I are talking and seem to be getting along in private discussions.

I am hoping to help move the community forward, but we're not there yet apparently, I cannot control anyone but myself but I do want to see things cool off...

Anyone up for the "Community manager" position?  We need someone that can keep a level head regardless of what is being thrown at them.. Smiley

are we going also to use 'bunkering'? Smiley or for last week everybody switch back to bbp team from byteball? Smiley) because now we are loosing and we need leavers get back to win. 3-4 big whales are enough Smiley

That is up to you, but week 3 has already begun, so no point now. If we make it to Week 4 (and I think we have very good chance to be top 3), that is when you can try. You need to queue up work before week 4 starts. We take 1 week break after this week and then week 4 starts. So, during the break, you can download many tasks, suspend network activity (e.g. make upload limit for 30 days 0.1MB), and then queue up all your finished work and release them on Monday of Week 4, Nov 5.

Could we have a committee of votes that review those proposals accurately on a regular basis?  With a personal PDF receipt showing up to date accounting entries submitted monthly?

If you stake BBP to vote (not sure how it'd work with MN holdings if at all) for a proposal, you lose the BBP if the community decides to vote no against the proposal (e.g. fraud). If your staked vote is approved, you might get a small percentage for participating (e.g. 1%)? As your staked vote participation increases, perhaps you have a capped trust multiplier (e.g. up to 3x)?  Staking your BBP discourages fraud as you will lose your BBP if the community decides against the proposal.

what's going on with biblepay, I received an email with a poll to legitimate the project because some people are talking shit about BBP, who and where? I've always seen this community as a strong and growing one. Regardless to the negativity, is one of the few coins out there that are small cap and promising. Keep it up BBP!
Thanks for the support;  we are coming to see each others viewpoints as a community and wish nothing but LOVE for all.

Can anyone confirm the number of hours between daily superblock? I noticed last night it was 1 hour more than before. Usually daily PoDC payment is usually made in hour 20 or 21 (my time), but yesterday it was in hour 22. DGW's been really good with maintaining 24 hour average for daily superblock...

The Daily superblock is once every 205 blocks; but what we need to do is check the hours passed over the span of 1 month of blocks (205*30) and see if we have any time drift.  If you type 'showblock #' you can see the Block Time.

In this chart, dots closest to 0 is best. If each PoDC daily superblock time is reset, this is the difference from superblock daily to the next superblock daily. The daily stays within 60 minutes in either direction usually.

In this chart, a level line is best. this chart looks at the trend drifting where the actual PoDC daily superblock "drifts" from the ideal daily time. This is cumulative so you can see the upward trend. Around block 60k and 70k-77k there was a leveling off which means daily PoDC superblock was close to ideal (24 hours).

Data I used to create the charts: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1XRkjCvENvf0HqXvVarnjslRIaYLormV1vrLFURsu2Rk/edit?usp=sharing

Daily superblock is drifting. It is not keeping to 24 hours. Superblock was 8pm to 9pm my time zone, but now it has drifted to midnight.

How can this be fixed bible_pay (Rob)?

Please enter a github issue with the link to your chart and the net timedrift over 30 days in minutes, and I'll run a side by side comparison with a different block set when we work on it for one of our next mandatories.

Im having some trouble with my PODC rewards, I haven't recieved any since superblock 75860 (October 9th), does anybody have a clue what may be going on? My PODC updates are going OK, at least 5 times a day and my RAC is over 1K.

Help List from Luke (znffal) from Discord:

1. What does the output of the following give you?
exec getboincinfo
exec stakebalance
exec podcupdate true

2. Have you solved any Rosetta/WCG tasks in the last 24 hours?
3. Are your computers on Rosetta/WCG hidden?
4. What is your name in the pool list?
5. Is your controller wallet connected to the internet 24/7?
6. What wallet version are you running?
7. Is your wallet encrypted? If so, are you entering the password when you start up the wallet?

Not to hijack but I haven't gotten a payment since the 20th.  I noticed my wallet was closed (I always keep it open).  Opened it back up, put in the pass, updates happening, but no daily payment.  Does any of this look wrong?

Hi

From 18th Oct 2018 14:26:19 till 22nd Oct 2018 04:52:46 you didn't have any podcupdate. Your updates started again in 22nd Oct 2018 04:52:46. It was not enough (to late) to catch yesterday's superblock.

In my opinion you will be paid from today's superblock already in 2-3 hours from now.

Yes, you got payment already.

Thanks for referencing my thread.  Wink

You're welcome. I didn't know about cc_config.xml and being able to change ncpus from -1 to 48. I don't have powerful computers, but I like the short Fight AIDS@Home. I put 48 ncpus and got a lot of FAH tasks. I usually only get like 4 at a time... so I can get my badge upgraded on that task. Smiley

SETI.USA bunkered hard, but I wonder if BiblePay can win the race as the turtle (slow & steady). We lost some big time BOINCers so hard to say how we will do in this challenge.
