What constitutes a quorum number for proposal votes ... is it a % based on the overall number of sanctuaries, or just the enabled ones?

On 9/28 and 10/1, I did not get paid for unbanked CPID. Anyone else? This seems to happen at least once a month. When fix?

Same.  Rob said he didn't have time to look at it.

Do you mean more accurately I asked you to look at it because I have a full plate currently, and you didnt have the common courtesy to tell me you didnt have time, but instead just want to spend time publically arguing?

Is fixing PoDC payment issues a priority for you? Let us know how we can best help you figure it out. debug.log? commands to run? saving blockchain data, etc.

First Id like to know who is an unbanked CPID who didnt get a payment, and how many times this happened out of how many days in total operation (IE total accuracy of the podc unbanked system).  Jaap might be a good candidate as I know he had an unbanked phone - Jaap what kind of problems have you experienced?

So Im not really a dictator after all, if Im the only guy that can fix it?  I guess those people were wrong.  Also I never received an apology from anyone who claimed I comingled funds or stole the compassion payments.

Payments were steady as a rock until September 26th. After that I haven't received a payment. That is due to the fact that I have not received any tasks from R@H for a while. I will restart my phone now to see if that solves the issue.

My first guess is that R@H simply doesn't have enough Android tasks at the moment. At least, in the past it has happened that there weren't any Android tasks for a while.

https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/server_status.php
Code:
Rosetta for Android	0	153	4.91 (2.77 - 26.07)	51

There numbers are from R@H and it seems that there are indeed very little Android tasks.
My unbanked-CPID is:

mini-requirement proposal:
since biblepay team is no longer required, what exactly "Total Team RAC" value means in "exec totalrac" command? is it biblepay team, or all teams? assuming the first alternative, maybe it would be useful to change it like this (rename "Total Team RAC" to "Total Biblepay Team RAC" and add "Total All Teams RAC"):
... ,
"Total Biblepay Team RAC": 7519139,
"Total All Teams RAC": 8632150
maybe i missed something
so i can change team in WCG or RAH and i will getting BBP anyway ?

Right - after block 77000, you could be on another team, but still need the UTXO and receive the full reward.
The poll closed compensating the non-biblepay teams at 100% (IE the same as us).

Lets see how we do in the Thor challenge, maybe this program will increase our strength.  (IE we maintain the current members plus grow organically).

Yes, Im taking a look at the "Total RAC" field caption.  Ill verify that it contains all the RAC in the superblock.

Not until after it is enabled.. (sometime after the block 77000 mandatory update)

How do you get these prayers or messages or whatever they are on the overview page of the wallet?  Who writes them?

In the GUI Wallet, in the Send tab, next to the Amount section, there is a checkbox for "Prayer Request", I believe if you click that and add text to the "Send Message" field and send the transaction, the text will become an in-wallet prayer.
I believe anyone can write a prayer, but Im not sure how much BBP it costs

This is the way how to do it.
If you send BBP to your own wallet it costs just transaction fee. So it costs basically nothing.

Isnt this the ugliest hat you could possibly design?

https://shop.donaldjtrump.com/products/red-cap-collectible-ornament

Someone needs to contact Trump and tell him to redesign the hat.

Anyone else miss an unbanked payment last night?
I missed it also.
Rob:
Any idea why this happens, it is infrequent but this is the 2nd time i'm aware of that unbanked payments were missed?
No.

Do you not think it's worth investigating?

Yes, I think you should investigate it - since your a dev and we're all busy.

Quoted the first message to remind you.. You didn't ask you suggested I look in to it because you were "too busy".   As I said.

You have never answered me with where I can find the logic that builds the contracts for these payments..  Perhaps if you offered a starting point, or asked I would be more inclined to help.

I answered something in general- anyway dont worry about it - Im looking at it now and e-mailing Jaap.

Is the poolport right for the https connection? Shouldn't be 443? (and redundant as well).

Good point. I never use poolport=80 -- I just omit it and it works fine.

Anyone have any thoughts about using the biblepay pool vs. the purepool? Are there situations where one is preferable to the other?

BiblePay Pool (pool.biblepay.org) requires you to register an account and then create a workerid. The pool most resembles mpos style.

Purepool is anonymous where your wallet address is the workerid. This is like yiimp style. It is easier to get set up and PoW mining on purepool IMO.

Thank you for that explanation. If I may press my luck for more help...

I'm having difficulty with the wallet and CPU usage-- it seems the CPU for BBP Core hangs out at 40% and doesn't go much lower (on a 7th gen celeron).  I have a 2nd wallet on an intel i7 with gneproclimit = 1 and it does the same.
Here's my config from the celeron:

Code:
addnode=node.biblepay.org
addnode=biblepay.inspect.network
gen=1
genproclimit=1
minersleep=20
poolport=80
pool=https://pool.purepool.org
workerid=MY_BBP_ADDRESS

Anything I can change further to lower the CPU usage? Thanks.

Edit: I'm noticing in Transactions, there is a PODC update that seems stuck on confirming. I'll let it run for a bit and see if when done the CPU goes back to normal.

If you want to lower your CPU usage just increase the minersleep value. Try 100, 200, or even 500 ms (if you don't really care about the hash you make when heat mining). The transaction should have nothing to do with this.

P.S.: You can remove the addnode lines and the poolport line, they are redundant

Worked perfect, many thanks! For each 100 of minersleep, it reduced the CPU usage by ~10%. Would love to hash at full throttle, but with BOINC running, the system was getting hot. Cheers and blessings.
