You make a good point. It is impossible to vote NO on a proposal if someone holds majority vote every time. I don't have proof so I do not know if this is possible. Can you prove if Rob owns more than 100+ masternodes and actively uses it to vote on proposals?

You can always vote no if you have a masternode for the Sep 2018 Compassion requesting 13M. If enough people vote no, then there is no disbursement. If you type governance in debug console, that will tell you what the monthly budget is. All PR/IT/P2P/Charity fall under 14.3M monthly superblock budget. It is hard to sustain when you support 100 poor children ("orphans") to 300+ in a matter of months. The buffer you create can easily disappear. Granted, this is hindsight because none of us expected price to drop so sharply... But again, this is the cycle of cryptocurrency and volatility is extremely high. I think it was wise there was a buffer of 6 months made. I don't think it was wise to go from sponsoring 100 to 300. That should be done more slowly, or like 616 suggests... fully fund a child to adulthood each month (or if it takes multiple months) then go on to the next. This means, you have true impact for that one child until adulthood.

Even with 13M requested, it'd only support $5843 at current prices ($0.00044953*13 000 000).

Currently we don't really have any money set aside for PR. Togo asks a monthly amount of BBP. The rest of the PR-budget of the last months went to the new exchanges. There simply wasn't any more budget. We will probably ask for budget in the October superblock. But you have to realize that the value of what we are currently doing comes from the contacts that we have. We are basically getting free PR-consultation (and access to databases) that normally costs 300+ dollars an hour. So if you want to know the value of our current PR-plan: it is in the thousands of dollars.

And please, if you say that we are wasting our money on orphans, then I don't think you understand what BiblePay is trying to do.

On biblepay-central or nodecheck? On biblepay-central you can create a profile and after that you can set different kinds of alerts (sanctuary status, CPID payout).

Okay, a little feedback on nodecheck:
They have an option to get a notice when the masternode doesn't 'check in' for 20 minutes. I've been getting bombarded with emails that my nodes have not been seen for more than 20 minutes. Is seems that BiblePay Sanctuaries have a larger interval of reporting? So basically, the service is more annoying than it is helpful in this regard.

The 'status' function works better, so if you set up an account on nodecheck, I would advice you to just select the 'status' (and perhaps 'payout') box. If anyone else would like to review the service as a second opinion, that would be great
