I did not see option for LTC, but its not clear if they could add BBP or would want to. Faast fees are least 0.5%

There is yet another option of provided on-chain atomic swap with another coin/token (preferably TrueUSD). BBP wallet could have a price ticker (via CMC?) of current trading price of BBP. Then perform an atomic swap to TrueUSD whenever you want to sell BBP. This is like akika3d's idea for BBPD, but using existing technology and coin/tokens.

Are you using multiple wallets by any chance?

Yes, I have multiple workers but only one is sending podc update for the utxo weight (only one was not the line utxooverride=-1 on the biblepay.conf). All wallets have the same balance on their getinfo report.

Just put logging in your DownloadDistributedComputingFile code and type exec dcc, and see if it creates a contract with your unbanked cpid or not. If you isolate the problem then let us know what piece of our system isnt pulling the cpid. Also consider that all sancs compete to create a contract in a decentralized environment. They each get the data from boinc separately. The unbanked list has a number 1 on the exec datalist dcc record to show its unbanked.
