Jesus is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords
On my Windows it works but on my Linux wallet I get empty list :
Code:
./biblepay-cli masternodelist status
{
}

And

Code:
./biblepay-cli masternodelist full
{
}

Both are using same latest version.

It usually takes about 15 mins for the governance to sync.
On the linux box, see if you have 999 when you type : 'mnsync status'.  (And verify you dont have litemode=1 in the config file).
If it still doesnt work by now, stop the node, delete governance.dat and mncache.dat and mnp*.dat, and restart the node and wait til 'mnsync status' shows 999 then you can re-run the command.

Question:
What is the non-GUI wallet command to check DIP3 Sanctuary status ?

./dash-cli protx info

With this command no status,  but you have the PoSpenality and if MN was DIP3 registered correctly..

For status `./dash-cli masternodelist full | grep ` => should gives you ENABLED

** HOST BRZ (www.hostbrz.com) UPDATE/GOING OUT OF BUSINESS **

Dear Customer,

Over the past few months we have been met with many challenges within the hosting business. Some that have not been overcome.
As result of this we will be closing our doors.  We will be shutting down this Monday 12/9/2019.  We are taking this time to let our customers know so that they may backup and retrieve all of their data before then.
We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.
Thank You.

Management

NOTE:  Hostbrz is only giving valuable customers 3 days to remove their data.  I believe they will be keeping the excess hosting fees and not offering a refund.  I'll clarify this now, and let everyone know the answer.

I'm sorry for making the recommendation last year. I stopped using them after some shared hosting where they deleted my data with the inability to pay. I had to via pay crypto and they still could not recover my data. For $1/mo VPS I guess it was okay. Depending on how you paid, you can initiate a chargeback or 180 dispute with PayPal. If you paid crypto, you can only hope and ask for a refund. I hope you didn't pay multi-year, just month to month.

I would ultimately like the user to be able to purchase a $10 gift card that is sent directly to an e-mail address from the RPC, without any other addl info required.   (Decentralized, how:  The connector we write will be open source and can be run by any pool owner).

Are we able to send encrypted messages that only the recipient BBP address can decrypt? If we send an encrypted message with the gift card code, then no e-mail needs to be involved. Perhaps a unique icon for the recipient that says there's a message and/or gift card code. I'm thinking the encrypted messages can exist offchain hostet/housed by the sanctuaries (masternodes)?

Jesus is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords
So as usual a lot is going on, a lot of this weeks activity has to do with 'non-official' biblepay projects primarily due to the gravity of the situation with Youtubes rules changing soon.  Ive been downloading rapture content on my local SAN and so far I have thousands of rapture videos.  Im shooting for 20 terabytes of Christian content.  Once this is converted and we have a plan to ensure it is public domain then I will make it available in the treasure trove to get us started.  Id like to make SEO links for all this to drive traffic to biblepay to watch the videos on the decentralized web.

The other thing Im working on is trying to make it possible to create a decentralized gift card through e-mail.

I would ultimately like the user to be able to purchase a $10 gift card that is sent directly to an e-mail address from the RPC, without any other addl info required.

** TOKOK UPDATE **

I received a very cryptic update:  Please check now to see if all deposits and withdrawals have been made, and MIP just confirmed his test worked.

EDIT:  My test bbp tx did go through to tokok, looks like they cleared the problem.

Hi,
I deleted all files except wallet.dat and biblepay.conf  in my Sanctuary and wallet
on both stations I am at block 0 for ~12 hours.

From my Sanctuary  debug.log
Code:
2019-12-05 17:40:11 AcceptConnection -- masternode is not synced yet, skipping inbound connection attempt
2019-12-05 17:41:19 AcceptConnection -- masternode is not synced yet, skipping inbound connection attempt
2019-12-05 17:43:30 AcceptConnection -- masternode is not synced yet, skipping inbound connection attempt

2019-12-05 18:02:59 AcceptConnection -- masternode is not synced yet, skipping inbound connection attempt
2019-12-05 18:04:16 AcceptConnection -- masternode is not synced yet, skipping inbound connection attempt

Please try :

- Verify system time and time zone are correct
- Remove banlist.dat
- Start with "-erasechain=1"

The log above is normal (that means it wont share data until its synced).

EDIT:
Here is an extra addnode Im connected to now:
107.150.33.90
178.170.72.139

Thanks Togo!

I did the same and add to biblepay.conf:
addnode = 107.150.33.90
addnode = 178.170.72.139

Now I am getting blocks.

UPDATE here:
In my wallet I just installed latest version, although it wasn't mandatory upgrade, and it fixed my issue, without adding "addnode" to biblepay.conf

Hope this helps, for the Iquidus explorer, I have a crontab that tries to run the biblepay daemon every 5 minutes:

crontab -e

Code:
*/5 * * * * /home/biblepay-evolution/src/biblepayd > /dev/null 2>&1

Gave this to Rogue a little earlier tonight. You could use this also

#!/bin/bash
# checkprocess.sh

PROCESS=

check_running_process()
{
sudo ps -ef | grep -v grep | grep $PROCESS > /dev/null
result=$?
#echo "exit code: ${result}"

if [ "${result}" -eq "0" ] ; then
    echo "Process is Running"
    return 1
else
    echo "Process is Stopped"
    return 0
fi

}

echo Current Date and Time is: date +"%Y-%m-%d %T"
if (check_running_process); then
#Want to make sure it is not already being started
   sleep 10
   if (check_running_process); then
      echo "Restarting Process now"
      #syntax to restart the process
      #insert your command to restart the process that is not running <-- Here is the command you would put in to start the process if it has died
   fi
fi

here is my change if you are running several MN on same Linux :

Code:
./checkprocess.bash "biblepayd" "/sbin/runuser -l bbp -c './mn/biblepayd'"

Code:
root@station:~# cat checkprocess.bash
#!/bin/bash
# checkprocess.sh

echo process to check = $1
echo running command = $2

PROCESS=$1

check_running_process()
{
    sudo ps -ef | grep -v grep | grep -v checkprocess | grep $PROCESS > /dev/null

    if [ "${result}" -eq "0" ] ; then
        echo "Process is Running"
        return 1
    else
        echo "Process is Stopped"
        return 0
    fi

}

Code:
*/5 * * * * /root/checkprocess.bash "biblepayd" "/sbin/runuser -l bbp -c './mn/biblepayd'" > /dev/null 2>&1

Glad this quick script could help you guys. I would think with multiple masternodes you might be able to look at ports but this should indeed do the trick. Glad i could help others here

Bisq
I've heard a bunch, I've researched some but haven't tried it
I posted more details here:
https://forum.biblepay.org/index.php?topic=480.0

Are they the one that have the dogecoin rule? You need bigger marketcap and/or volume to be listed?

This is all I know:

https://docs.bisq.network/exchange/howto/list-asset.html

Method #1: Create an Issue
Method #2: Make a Pull Request

https://docs.bisq.network/exchange/howto/list-asset.html#inactive-assets-will-be-de-listed

- Controversial assets may be put to a vote
- Inactive assets will be de-listed
--- To remain listed on Bisq, assets must maintain a minimum trading volume of 0.01 BTC over a rolling period of time

NOTE: I was wrong about listing fee, there is a BSQ fee if you don't have enough volume yet
"Those that don’t meet the threshold require an asset listing fee be paid to remain listed"
"The fee is 1 BSQ per day (the fee is a Bisq DAO parameter, so it is subject to change).
The minimum fee is 30 BSQ (i.e., 30 days)"

1 BSQ is about 67 cents right now: https://bisq.network/markets/?currency=bsq_btc
