Yes, they are doing the business in legal way that's why they are getting licence from different places. So soon the team is going to release the Binance DEX platform which will help them to lost ERC20 based coins and as well as the project being launched under the Binance chain.

Regulatory there is probably a big difference. Giving dividends would make a token to a Security. But Binance indirectly pays out dividends because each quarter they use 20% of the profit to buy back and destroy BNB. Actually it's a pretty smart way to give passive income without giving passive income ;-)

They introduced new ways to grab more BNB tokens with converting small balances to BNB tokens(automatic swap via exchange bot). Binance is still best exchange but it will lose this reputation after generation of new decentralized exchanges.

There are many exchange we can use for crypto currency tradei. but I do not think that the stock market is a good exchange as binance when we think about the interest of customers, market volumes, coin diversity. Stll binance is the best exchange

Yeah, Binance coin is something everyone should hold in portfolio. You know, every quarter they burn tokens and by doing this, value of each token is growing. Man, it is something each exchange should follow.
Moreover I adore trading contests they provide for customers. Another good point is converting crypto dust in bnb tokens. That is really awesome!

there are no objections to the binanse coin because it is really a promising coin. Here are just alarming support for the exchange fork there and some problems with the maintenance of their applications.

With the strong support, it has surely accumulate more people into this exchange for trading and very soon they are going to launch their decentralised platform which they are going to launch their own blockchain which will help the community to start trading in a more secured way through the balance dex platform.
