Speaking of fees, they're based on so called levels thus every good trader has a chance to lower them :-)

What you think about BitTorrent's ICO? Will it be successful especially with this kind of market situation where many investors were losing hope on ICOs lately? Because they have a reputation maybe they can at least reach their minimum goal.

If that was creating by a trusted team and it will be so easy to touch the hardcap. Investors are putting their attention to the scam platform but if that running by the trusted team and they will have no doubt to put their money in this one. there are no objections to the binanse coin, because it is really a promising coin. Here are just alarming support for the exchange fork ethereum and some problems with the maintenance of their applications.

Ceo of binance has said they will pass to their chain soon I guess and after he said this, price pumped despite btc is dropping again. Binance is the first exchange for us this is clear and they constantly develop their exchange so people liked them much.

Very good to know about the dex platform, so soon we can expect there will be more ICO's coming in Binance dex platform which are very safe and secure ICO. Binance is always on their promises which they will be releasing the Dex platform by the end of the year.

What I would like to know is: What will be possible with Binance-Chain and the Binance-Dex? Of course it will be possible to issue token on the Binance-Blockchain, but will it also be possible to trade ERC20's and NEP5's on their DEX for example?

What I would like to see: Interoperability with other Blockchains... But technically I'm still a noob, so I'm not sure what they'll make possible.

Exchange Binance announced since 29 November last added Paxos Standard Token (PAX) to the list of stablecoin present in the exchange, but above all introduced the new Stablecoin Market (USDⓈ).

up to you want to believe. but nothing guarantees that you will not lose your money when investing there.
what you have to remember is that crypto prices are very fluctuating, we must also research further before investing in them.
