in console you also need to add "add" at end. But better make biobar.conf file inside roaming directory. Works fine.
BTW block explorer doens't show Hashrate.

Seems it's a minor misconfigure with the Block Explorer, it doesn't affect the coin one bit though, the wallet is showing Net Hashrate in console

Make a BioBar.conf text file with the following

addnode=91.207.74.75
addnode=5.189.136.88

Then save it (as all Files) into C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\BioBar then Restart your wallet.

I see a nice clean coin here literally, can't get much more energy efficient than sha-256 + staking.
