I tried getting the bit-x confirmation code via call twice or thrice and now I can't withdraw my balance as it says "Too often. Please try again later." I waited for an hour but still am getting the same message. Should I wait for a day or try again in few hours?

Did you manage to eventually log in? If not, please contact our support and if possible enable Google Authenticator instead of using the SMS authentication.

Is there any affilliation between Bit-X.com and https://bitx.co/in/za/en/ ? I see both of them are offering the same type of services and the domain names are very similar? It is quite confusing when you deal with two services with the same domain name.

I thought Bit-X.com was the mother company and Bitx a subsidiary of Bit-X. Can you clear this up for us please?

BIT-X.com has no affiliation with bitx.co.

Thank you for clearing that up, I think a lot of people might end up at the wrong site, when they Google "BitX" and that might hurt your business, because both of these sites offer the same services. I guess it is too late for either of the two to change now.

I see Bitx is backed by huge companies in the area where they operate, so they will definitely not consider a name change.

Hello , I just wanted to let you know (I'm not sure if it costs you money when you send SMS or not and how your security works) but when I try to login , I always receive two SMS instead of one (both of them have the Confirmation code) & NO I didn't had this before .

I thoroughly checked their site (incl. terms & conditions) and I have not found any mention of where they are incorporated and regulated (as an e-money institution, which they are aren't they?), except that their card is issued by Wave Crest in Gibraltar, but that's a completely different story.

- Can they legally hide this crucial information from the public, in any reputable jurisdiction?

- Even if they can, how does it help in building trust?

Why has Bit-x added another SMS verification requirement while withdrawing the funds? There is already a verification requirement while logging in and hence the withdrawal verification isn't needed then. It makes the process even more complicated as I don't receive Bit-x messages on my phone these days and I need to use the call option everytime.

You can enable Google Authenticator rather than using the SMS based authentication method.

that means somebody stop lots of machines. What does it means??
Electricity bill riseup up? But Gsh prize could riseup too for pay this bill with fees.

We haven't receive any mail , for exemple we got this new rub trading option. I need more details.

Hi CurroJimenez,

The GHs market was removed since it no longer was profitable for anyone (BIT-X or the user) to mine with the maintenance fees they had. All users were paid back their GHs value in the currency that they used to buy it and were allowed to keep all mining rewards.

As quoted from above here is the system message that was sent to users:

Quote
We regret to inform you that our cloud mining service has ceased to be profitable.

Starting December 1, our electricity company will raise prices. This increased maintenance fee will total above current mining profits.

In this regard, we have decided to switch off our mining equipment and return all funds for all user GH/s balances. The amount returned is based on the exchange rate at the time of purchasing your GH/s, and will be made in that currency. For example: a user with 100 GH/s purchased for 0.1 BTC will be given 0.1 BTC.

Bitcoins earned through mining will remain in your balances.

If our cloud mining service is to launch again in the future, all users will be notified.

We apologise for any inconveniences. For all enquiries please contact support.

With our best regards,
The BIT-X Team

Ruble trading was added a few weeks ago and is available to all users.
