So far lost my $1200 and cant even take out the remaining $100 worth of bitcaps as its locked.
Cant even take out the spare ether i had on BITCAPS site that wasn't put into the ICO.

This is what i would call a total fucking shit show.
I just tune in now and then for the poor English and weak excuses from Bitcaps team.
Really i have spent $1300 to to have my money "legally" stolen from me and listen to excuses and blind optimism.

Maybe bitcaps can finally take me out for a meal and drink
Call me old fashioned but i like to be wined and dined before being FUCKED (in the asshole)

Anyways i just want to make this clear...  when bitcaps is listed on Hitbtc,com it is said that it will stop receiving extra package from fundraising and GEC fundraising. so does that mean the daily interest rate will stop too? or will it continue for us early investors who invested in the fundraising program?

Simple, he locked the proceeds because someone clocked him over the head with a heavy punishing stick. U cant stand it sometimes, u lose some bit of concentration and focus when being hammered with a stick right onto ur head. Thats why he got overwhelmed with pain and regret and did what he did, leading to funds being stolen and free program terminated. Period.

why are you locking our capital investments? i am calmly waiting for that time to return all my investment to me. but now you are locking it? i dont understand.. every investor has its rights to pull out their investment. now you are locking it again like the ICO phase that is needed to be located 70% to the fundraising program.
