Bitcasino has been my casino of choice for a good few years now. Aside from odd issue with promotions, I trust the casino which in the crypto world speaks volumes. They have put things right when I've had a problem and that is why I remain loyal.

That said, it was my birthday couple weeks ago. Historically, bitcasino being awesome as it is, has given a set of spins as a token gesture and they have always been well received and appreciated. Amazing gesture even.

This time though...agent was extremely cold when i queried about a possible birthday bonus, and just said yes bonus added before disappearing. How about having a Raffle for for say 10 NFT's for players that are not new? Yes, I understand the marketing strategy behind this, but I think the existing customers should also share in something like this. 

A problem with some casino's (not Bitcasino.io) is the neglect of their older customers. They are so focused on getting "new" blood, that they tend to forget about the regulars that are loyal to their site. (retain the existing customers and also market for some new customers) 

Is this event already over? Does creating account means there's no KYC involved and only deposit requirements need to be fulfilled to become eligible? I have Bitcasino account that I'm not using for more than 2 years and I don't know anymore the email that I used for that account. Am I allowed to still participate by registering new account even I have existing dormant account?
