You're right and im aware of that. Phones our allowed at my workplace but we can only use it if there's an emergency. Well, im only playing during break time and of course if I also have money to spend. Now that there's an app, its convenient to play even you're already lying in bed.

I will play a little bit during my lunch time, but never during the time when I have to work. (Our employer have a very strict policy against using your phone during office hours, so I am not going to risk it)
