Lol. This is something daytraders have to grapple with on a regular basis which is seriously stressful and annoying. This is one of the primary reasons why I prefer long-term HODLING which is way less stressful in comparison in my opinion.

For example, I invested in some memecoins recently and will check their prices out after a year or two.

A good choice when constantly checking the market will only make us stressed and panicked.
I initially did this maybe even in a day I could spend a few hours just checking the market and as a result I feel this is very bad because I have more worries about it and it makes me feel like I want to get out of the way which is actually true.
But after reducing that (checking the market) I feel better and less worried because obviously I'm doing this for the longer term and not just for a day or two.
