I was trying to sign up On Bitcasino today. And I went with Metamask Sign up. After approval from Metamask, This Form came in.

If I am not wrong, Is it asking for the date of Birth? It's a bit confusing.
If yes, I think Bitcasino should make a change here and put a title over the boxes. I guessed that box maybe for the Date of birth.
