It's a theory where doesn't proven anything yet but actually those speculations doesn't contribute regarding on what is the current state of xrp right now and even though they are showing that XRP is not a real crypto still you can see that this is a strong E-currency.

And as long as you know the pros and cons using the XRP i think it will not give a problem to the users since they still have a option if they use it or not.
