Lesson in crypto I learned,,, when you give people free things they complain like hell. I have never seen people complain so much until I saw crypto "gamblers". Either the faucet is too low, or the tips and rains always miss them, or giveaways are so cheap. $40 is one week rent for me. At least post something constructive if you cannot post something good.

Wow, that was a bit harsh. January are one of the worst months for most businesses and a lot of people do not gamble during January, because they spend too much money during the December holidays, so there are less profits going towards casinos too.

Bitcasino has had some of the best promotions in the past and judging them on one of the smaller promotions during a difficult month is certainly not fair.

Just like our buddy lfc_bitcoin pointed out - they wouldnt scam you just like that and even though for users like us 1 BTC may sound a lot, it really is pocket money for them.

I will admit I "feel" with you because yes, gambling operators are accepting deposits all the time and problems "always" arise when withdrawals are being requested.

Still, there must be reason why they are holding back the withdrawal, some multi-accounting it seems according to your screenshots? Either way, even if you "broke" some rules, unlike many other operators out there, these guys are always looking to find a solution to suit both parties...
