Dont play with them ! In their system always have a problem . For exampla yesterday I bet on the holdem they accept and won but end of the round they say sorry we have a problem . And my all balance gone for 3 minute and after thats round I missed 3 of a kind bonus *8 and four of a kind bonus for ante *10 totally I missed more than 600 mbtc. another round ı lost with same system problem 57 mbtc and they didn't give that back. Dont play with them their system terrible and also support team sucks!!!

I never expected to win but seeing results is kinda the norm. Also that wording in your promo makes me feel like bitcasino "spared no exspesne" on this promo. Also makes you feel like this is a bitcasino only promo not that your competing against the world of players on mutiple casinos.

I have NOT met 1 casino that has NEVER had any scam accusations against them. I dont have a problem with them of NOT being PAID. They have shown me time and time again they pay legit wins. My problem is lack of promos that isn't one sided, not being included in past few weekly drawings (whether I win one or not I like to be included. I play over $1000+ a week there) and dealing with questionable software providers. I have avoided live casino games altogether. So that should eliminate that problem. Now fix 1 and 2

i hoped to the future Bitcasino had promotion to live casino liked before.. when the player played live casino will got ticket for raffle.. cause i thought this promotion very interest for our players.. 

I did go on a bit of a losing streak too, but I've recently had some luck with bitcasino by winning some of the cash draws and black jack free bets.  I took the winnings and ran a nice withdrawal a few times.  I have never had any issues cashing any of my winnings out and they have always arrived super quick (good fees).  VIP support and live chat has been great as always too for me.

Exactly! How much you wanna bet this player signed up multiple accounts at the casino since it was a free drawing promotion and obviously banned him and confiscated the prize. However, I have wondered when they have done these and found fraud or multiple account abuse they just keep the prize and don't award it to a legitimate player instead.

Anyways as you've pointed out never have they screwed me either in a drawing or promotion and a couple years back I won an iPad Pro worth $1000 and immediately shipped it out from Amazon and been using it daily ever since.

You know my gripe are the GameArt free spin promos. Why does it seem they are always set for minimum pay. I've had dozens of those free spins over the past year on various games and hardly do ever get the spin value back or over it. GameArt is a legitimate provider of slots but I suspect they allow the operator to control payback % on free spin awards because I've had some awesome wins on their slots in real play but whenever its a free spin promo it hardly gives much.

For instance this month they sent out to me two private invites for 10 free 10mbtc spins with a 250mbtc deposit without any wagering requirements. First one was Money Farm I got back 90mbtc which was nice and no problems instantly withdrawing it afterwards. Then last week got same offer but the spins were on that piece of crap Storming Flame slot and resulted in 40mbtc return.  Again no wagering and no problems withdrawing funds but its frustrating you never get a really good win from them but instead just seems to give you small award. Still they are nice promos better than that crap they been doing past few months where you deposit 10-20mbtc and get however many spins on the bare min bet and now the winnings won't even cover the sending fee lol.

Also they have done away with the cash drops and likely won't replace them with anything near as good. I talked to Cristina recently and she said they had some exciting new promos coming up so I'll wait and see if they are indeed any good.

Seriously I find it funny there are so many attackers of this casino and most of them are wearing competing casino signatures. Go figure, I'm sure they are put up to it and get extra bonuses when they can trash another casino and hope to get people to click on their sigs. I've said it many times and say it again. I've never had a problem being paid and they have always had good promos. Even though they haven't been as good as in the past a lot of their promos are better than any other casino out there.

Well in their defense I've won several well paid drawings and have been paid without any problems. My gripe with them is their promotions. Their bonuses not allowing table game play and questionable games coming from BETTV. Other then that I don't have any problems with the casino. I've noticed that a lot of there promotions and drawings are been done away with. This causes concern to be cautious and/or find some other place to play at.

I did not expect any biased response from a member supporting a competitive gambling site in their signature campaign. ^hmmmmm^ BitCasino features some of the best Slot games out there and the whole gambling experience in one site. You have a wide variety of options from Live games to Sports betting, which other sites does not offer. So it will be sad, if it turned out that they were a Scam site.
