I have always had high praises for this casino but as time as gone on they have made more and more cut backs.
Last year they had sent out a nice hand written Christmas card with a 100mbtc bonus for most VIP players. This year nothing. That was a really special touch that as a player made me feel thanked for my continued loyalty.
The VIP gift program has deteriorated to the point that its damn near impossible to earn a gift anymore. Its a complete joke now. My last gift that was sent they didnt even bother to order it new on Amazon but rather saved a few bucks and got me a USED video game. LOL. I then put in for another cheapish $30 gift and it takes over ten thousand dollars worth of play or bets just to move the meter 1%.
I had been in the lowest of the Cash Drops since June and 20 drawings in a row never even won a cash prize. I did win Free Spins often but most of those amount to very little on the Game Art slots. Now this week I was taken out of the Cash Drops altogether even though I still play regularly and often higher stakes.
As a result I was going to make a decent deposit today but instead if they are going to keep having cutbacks as a customer I can make cutbacks to and chose to go play somewhere else.
The support staff that used to man the live chats all used to have a personality to them and very friendly and sociable has also gone by the wayside. It wasn't uncommon that they would chat it up for a bit with you rather than acting like the Robots that they are all now.
So maybe 2017 I will not always be a regular player anymore which is sad because I really loved this casino but they are falling from grace and perhaps now only catering to their highest of players.
Everything you have said is 100% truth. You should see my chat log with the staff. My VIP prize of a gift card hasn't move 1% and i've deposited 3 or 4 btcs. I get 20 tickets doing the drawings and win NOTHING. I get all the tickets on the CHRISTMAS drawing win NOTHING. I play the Game Art slots I get NO Entries. So join the club... Since they took away table play with bonuses, I quit depositing here. I have since went over to FortuneJack and have had some nice cashouts there.
I know I don't get why they excluded playing blackjack now with a bonus. Blackjack only contributed 10% so it still made it very hard to ever clear the bonus playing strictly blackjack. I still have hopes they turn it back around at some point. I've had a fair share of luck playing here although I've never won big in over 2 years but I've held my own and when I used to earn the gifts much easier it helped offset the losses. All they offer as far as comps now is a monthly cash drop booster. Woopdie dooda.
Also another thing I've wondered is why are some drawings using the provably fair system and others not? Most of the cash drop drawings DO NOT use provably fair so how is the player to know if a fair drawing is being made? I don't know if its rigged or not but I ran pretty bad in the 20 or so I was in never winning one of the cash prizes. I often got free spins which was ok because most of the time you got a little something but either I ran bad or they preselect who wins cash prizes. I just don't get why they don't use the provably fair system for those drawings since they have the capability if there wasn't something up if you know what I mean.
Anyways looks like 2017 they have decided to cut back more so I'll just head to the local casino instead. I get cash, freeplay, gifts, food, and hotel rooms just for showing up. You would think the online casinos could cater even more given they have much less overhead than a land based casino. Bitcasino used to cater much more but every month its another cut back to the loyalty program. Its not just bitcasino other online casinos have poor comps but for a long time Bitcasino really set itself apart from the competition. Not so much so anymore.
Hate to be so negative because I think they were a really good casino but maybe they got to big and now don't care about the little guy no more. Like I said I hope they take feedback well and turn things around again with the loyalty program. Make bitcasino great again.
