Hey all,

I forgot to give everyone an update on how the vip process went on gifts.

The order for my video game ended up being canceled by Amazon is what I wad advised by vip staff. That said they offered on their own to transfer the same amount they would pay for my game in btc to my account.

All in all this casino has been treating me pretty well. I'd say prob out of 5 btc I'm up about 5 btc total in profit. Mind you I've lost alot and agree with your statements that betting low generally seems to give better results. I did end up winning 8 btc in on of my trys though and I ended up playing quite large bets and rotating through tk smaller bets.

I would also like to say that even on weeks I wasn't playing. I've received free lotto tickets and even some free spins in my entire time here.

I find the staff at bitcasino.io extremely friendly and have actually come to look forward to my almost daily contact with my vip reps.

I would give them an 8/10 but I do suggest as with any casino even in real life. Play only what u can loss, but most importantly have fun. Your paying for an experience don't forget the winnings are a by product Smiley
Thanks for updating us regarding your vip experience. Can i ask which games have you been playing recently? I have been playing some of the new games but they won't give me any good win and sometimes teases me with free spins but no luck there either.

Yes, Thanks for your response to this question. Do you tell the Game Providers what house edge you want, and then they change the parameters? or do they determine the house edge for all their games and then force this down on the clients using their software?

Is this applicable to all the games being hosted on your site, or do you source some games from in-house developers?

Hi Kakmakr,

We operate the same as any other normal casino.

Today we paid out a player with 500,000 mBTC in winnings in 120 seconds today for example! Smiley

Cheers,

I would also like to hear the answers to Kakmakrs questions.  (Your response was borderline offensively vague)

I really think when it comes to casino - softwareprovider relationship, things need to be way more transparent.

You offer games from 12 different providers...does that mean you have 12 separate deals worked out with 12 different companies?  Or do you report directly to coin gaming and let them deal with each provider?

If you can't share your basic business model, I'd really like to hear why.

How about walking into a land based casino and start asking about their business deals with the manufactures? LOL, you won't get very far with your questions. This is going to far to ask bitcasino to divulge their deals with companies such as NetEnt and Microgaming. From what I understand at least with NetEnt and Microgaming the RTPs are already set and are the same across any casino that offers their games. The individual casino has no say or way to change the RTP as its located on a server owned by Microgaming/NetEnt./etc . Anyways, like I said go knock on some real land casino doors and start asking about their relationships with WMS/IGT/Aristocrat and how much hold the casino is taking on each machine.

As a matter of fact I did approach them at one of the brick n mortar casinos and I had a informal discussion on how casinos work. We did not discuss specific percentages, but they did divulge some general known strategies about placement of games and lightning and stuff like that.

I was just curious how online casinos compare to Brick n Mortar operations and if they have control over some aspects of their operations or if they are merely hosting the games and accepting the money. It is purely out of curiosity and they are under no obligation to answer any questions that might divulge their operational secrets.

So far, they were friendly and helpful with their answers, without divulging any of their trade secrets. ^smile^

Have a Good Black Friday guys.

Anyways, like I said go knock on some real land casino doors and start asking about their relationships with WMS/IGT/Aristocrat and how much hold the casino is taking on each machine.

They would just tell me to look it up online....

Atlantic city for example:

http://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/docs/Financials/MGR2016/201609revenue.pdf  <---YTD Overall
http://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/docs/Financials/IGRTaxReturns/2016/September2016.pdf  <---YTD Online

If a casino wants to work with a software provider, they file a petition (assuming the provider has already been investigated and approved).

The petition is made public.  The directors action on the petition is made public, whether it's approve or denied.

If the vendor does anything shady that the state doesn't like, they get their license revoked and any casino caught doing business of any kind with them risks huge fees or even their license.
Affiliates, software providers, catering, plumbers, graphic designers, doesn't matter.  Everything is out in the open to prevent corruption.

Here's the directors actions for oct 15-31: http://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/docs/Rulings/2016/oct16_31/summary.pdf

Also, fwiw, no bitcoin casino has a license from netent or any other provider you see in AC or Vegas - they would lose their license in the US if they did in a heart beat.  I'm not sure exactly how it works but: NetEnt games are operated in co-operation with Elec Games N.V. who are licensed and regulated by the Government of Curacao under the same license no: 1668/JAZ.

Also, the casinos do set the holds on the games, the software providers have no control in a land casino (other than progressive jackpot networks perhaps)

I thought the casinos can change the RTPs before, but are you sure about this? Why I earn money easily in some casinos, but in some others I can't win big.  Sad  I thought they can set RTP.

Hi ralle14,

Please note that our OneTouch Blackjack games are Provably Fair.

You can find all of them here: https://bitcasino.io/casino/onetouch

Thanks for the response bitcasino support but how about the slot games you offer is there a way to check if they're provably fair. It would be nice because I mostly play slots on your site.

Hi ralle14,

Please be informed we do not have a provably fair system for the slot games as we are a licensed casino and use the same game providers as traditional currency casinos.

Cheers,
BitCasino.io

Did I understand this correctly? Your Slots are not provably fair? The traditional currency casinos use firmware that are embedded into a RAM chip to store the software. This can be altered with a firmware upgrade, but that is not done by the casino.

So you guys have full access to the software and can adjust certain parameters as you want? < House edge? > I thought the suppliers of these games adjust this themselves or is this just applicable to the shared jackpots?

Hi Kakmakr,

Regarding your question, the games that are on our site are built and managed by the Game Providers themselves, we do not have access to the contents of the games nor parameters.

Hope that answers your question!  Wink

I’m contacting you regarding your review http://www.bitcoingg.com/bitcoin-online-gambling/bitcasino-io/  where you will see that your ranking is 7.20 out of 10.  Not a bad score you may think, but there is a way for it to be improved.

Let me add that this costs your brand nothing except a few minutes of your time.

I did send an email through to you before about this and the BGG Certificate of Trust, as it’s for the benefit of the players to be able to leave a review and see how to contact you.  Take a look at mbitcasino.com to see the BGG Cert of Trust in their footer and all their player reviews, this is what I would like yours to be.

Please drop me a PM.

What I do know is that every games should be verified their provably fair system to make sure they dont even cheat us. And right here you claimed that your slot games does not have this kind of feature to prevent bad things happends. So how can you said that? Although you get it from solid providers dont you think that it is save for us to play right away without provably fair system?

Provably fair isn't very widely used yet. Most of the games you'd find on regular online casinos aren't provably fair in the sense we understand. Though most games are (or should be) looked over by some kind of a company.

May be some new site wont use it because they dont get it what really important to verify everything to make your site better and attract more people and more over big whale. But if you are dont have this verifier or at least some proof that your site is provably fair, mostly people wont play really long on your site because they dont want to keep losing money again and again
