Well if on about bitcasino.io then this is something they need to actually address then and be made aware of it. If things going missing as you are saying and other peoples problems they might not be aware of it and needs to put into a ticket to support. I addressed several problems that did get resolved but still get new problems when they put new game sup and can not play them. I end up contacting support about it and can eventually play them but still hey need to get problems resolved iver way than just pro longing them, but if not aware of then cant fix. People with problems ranting scam need to speak to support than ranting as ranting wont get problems fixed.

Speak to support over it seems you having problems than being their software I have been playing on their games for over 6 months. I have had several problems but each time has been resolved where I was credited back or given credits to play on games. This sounds like connection problems and a high ping rate to their games than being software related. If you have a high ping to their servers and services then you will get delayed reactions for it speeding up and slowing down causing you to see only 2 sec remaining.

Speak to their customer support and raise a ticket with times, dates and game amounts and they can look into it. Ranting on here wont get you anywhere as this is not a sport section for you to rant Scam just because of technical problems it looks like you rant scam.
