After support told me That the survey was blank (5-6-2015) I Opened the link a 2nd time and went to the end of the survey to check the auto complete all 4 of the fields they provided were you enter numbers were there I wish I would have screen shot that while I could when I thought to use it as proof the link was disabled so I couldn't get to that page again.

It seems odd that it only happened to you and your wife.  The support staff was able to read my numbers back to me (I emailed them asking what numbers they had for me just two days ago).     So where are you getting the numbers you picked from?  Do you have a screenshot or something or are they just supposed to take your word that you picked 4 of 5 numbers but it was only an issue with you and your wifes account?

This survey kind of bummed  me out because it was easy to see they gave different amounts of lotto entries by changing the letter of the URL from a to b to c, etc.   My old account that hadn't  been used since December and that had spent 1,000's of coins less was given the option to take the survey and get more entries that my "VIP" account as given.  (For the record I only took the survey once with my main account).

I signed up to your casino yesterday and basically feel you're screwing people over with First Deposit Bonus.

Claiming FDB basically blocked my ability to withdraw any funds until wagering requirement is met.

Wagering requirement seemed pretty standard at x35 but if you look at terms:


most of the games are not counted towards WR, some are only at 10%.

I played black jack and have rollover of over x100 and still are not anywhere near being able to withdraw. Apparently BJ is classed as 'table game' (that's what customer service told me). I was sure it falls under 'Other games' as 'table games' have separate tab, so it looks like a separate category.

If BJ and roulette are classified as table games, why don't you stick to your own classification and, consequently, put them under 'table games' tab?

That's very misleading. If I was aware of that, I would have never claimed FDB as I have no interest playing slots and other games with unknown house edge and x350 rollover requirement on BJ is just ridiculous.

Luckily I only played with what I got from affiliate giveaway, I'd be seriously pissed off if it was my own deposit.

Guys, we are quite opened in our conversations and always trying to help customers with their issues. Regarding the issue with survey of Time4Btc - I personally checked this survey and you can see the result in our screenshot what I posted earlier in this forum thread. I'm really-really sorry, but how can we know that your numbers won, if we can't physically see these numbers? I really don't know what can we do here...

For those visitors who didn't understand the story, here is a brief overview:
- Besides closed loyalty system, we are making internal monthly free promotions for our VIP players based on a lottery system. Player needs to choose 5 numbers in a lottery and he can win a share of a prize pool (25 BTC within last lottery);
- Last month we made a survey where we want to get some feedback how to make our product better. We sent surveys to all our VIP players, including Time4Btc, and all players who added their thoughts participated in the lottery;
- Unfortunately for some reasons survey of Time4Btc came to our system like that:



In the end we had over 200 participants and some winners, what shows that everything was organized correctly. I don't know the reason why we got survey of Time4Btc in this way, but we had complaints just from this player. And I don't want to argue on who is right and who is wrong - unfortunately we can't do anything about it already.

There are also some negative feedback about this casino, once one guy won a lot from blackjack and they banned his account, once another guy who won from poker but they said he is in Philipphines, they don't allow PH players there, but online gambling is legal in PH, so it's their excuse not to pay players, be cautious.

And some other guys complaint they were forced to be offline when they got free spins on slots, it's not a honest casino IMO.

Every month I e-mail my host my lottery number picks , this month they had a survey that they wanted people to take for 4 entries into the

I feel exactly this way too, the only games i can play are really generic and lame, I haven't cashed out more than 1 mbtc since last September, I'm a VIP player too, and I really don't feel very VIP at all... The most I won from the really big monthly lottery was like 20 something mbtc I think (which I lost). And I haven't earned any gifts yet...

AFAIK, in Philippines, gambling and online gambling is legal, should not be a jurisdiction issue in PH, so does in UK, Australia .etc., it's absurd to see they said they cleared your balance it's about the jurisdiction.
