I tried the NEW games and got some errors on Game of thrones.

Do you host these games on the same server than you are running your other slot games? The 3 others I tried all worked.

Oh well, I will keep on trying and see if it's something on my side. {Or contact the 24/7 Helpdesk and quote them the error messages}

Enjoying your fast poker and the raked hands promo but you really should offer a better poker software: I'd like you'd implement some basic improvements.
Some of them may be:
 - four colours deck
 - possibility of multitabling
 - possibility to check tournament situation (remainng players, payouts, blinds progression and so on) with an info button on poker table
 - also a chat on tables would be nice imho.

We are already making new poker design with some easy-to-use functionality. And thanks for your comments, some of them should appear in a near future hopefully!

Today I have opened account here, I have deposited 2x 500 mbtc = 1 total, finally won some (1,1+) and made cashout, on the chat I got info it can takes 1 up to 30 mins , after 30 mins they have cancelled my withdrawall and put the info "Withdrawal declined as account is under security review" - another chat-talk and they say it can takes up to 48 hours... stay tuned I will post You news about my account here. Well maybe you where doing something odd on the account or claiming bonus and trying to cash out and not meet the requirements for payment on it. Maybe you should ask them what the reason for denied payment is. As I have never had any problems cashing out so far.

What's your policy for gambling addictions? I inquired with your support agent; And I was told one must send an email for security reasons. I think this policy should be changed. If a problem gambler comes to support and seek to have their account closed for that purpose. Support should close their account right then and there. Or disable the deposit option so no further deposits can be made. Because if someone had to write an email and wait for the account to be closed. Its no telling how many more deposits and loses will occur due to waiting...


To be honest with people with gambling addictions they should know not to go on them and to at least gamble responsible, but with problems and addictions  it is hard for any casino to tell if gambling responsible or not and an addict or is. Someone could just come along and say am an addict to gambling close my account but that does not mean would qualify for any refund if that person was knowingly gambling.  Am sure that legal proof explaining that he or she is an addict and has been classed this. Is just like drug addict in a way but addicted to gambling, and with drug addict get clinically diagnosed.

If someone goes to support requesting that they have account closed and for such a reason am sure they would close it and allow no more playing on it. But what is to stop that addict from making a new email and using a proxy or VPN to gain access again. It would make no difference. So it would be pointless to close an account for such reasons as it is up to the customer to take own responsibility to not to go on such sites.

Your post is pointless... Regardless the support should still close a problem gambler account AT ONCE. No one said anything about refunds.

Indeed no one said anything about refunds but I know from people and sites I have worked on in the past as support making such claims asking for their account to be closed most asked for a refund and had to be forwarded on to head office for final decision to be made as most hardcore gambling addicts asked this and some did got given as where others just had accounts closed and suspended.  Just form you making an enquiry and for you asking about it they can and can not provide an answer it all comes down to support at the time and the question answered and no doubt such decision will be dependent on a case by case enquiry. It is up to the admins of bit casino to close it down and would want confirmed decision to make final decision on closing account down. It can be done elsewhere but.

However again if requested and written by the account holder then indeed it should be closed down but it begs the question in the first place. SHOULD NOT BE ON THE SITE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Maybe addicts should have their ISP block such sites from them being able to access such stuff. I know I got a lock on my ISP and I have to Wright to them to confirm changes to take content lock off or add to it and this should be the case for an addict to have such locks from stopping them accessing it it. End of.

I came to the same conclusion ....that's why I quoted Faneagle post (who already managed to become VIP) hoping for some more details on how to do it

I also am VIP, I got it by playing and depositing enough then contacted support and asked them how close I was to getting it. I received a small gift (USB flash drive) in the mail and was contacted from them about 2 weeks later saying that I was a VIP member. Sense then I have been playing and I have a affiliate account.
