Have you received payment from them yet? I also have 1 pending withdrawal from 11 Feb. Maybe they gave up on developing anymore, changed their Bitcoin wallet to withdraw and never received a confirmation email.

They have paid me but the fee was 60K sat , it's a lot for 197K sat beside that they just paid 671 sat , so yes they paid after 40 days but this is last , it seems they will finish soon. I hope they can find a way to solve this.

I'm glad to hear that, the bitcoin price is a big deal for these type of bussineses to handle. They need more caution in future.

I've been unable to withdraw my balance of 0.00100000 bitcoin. The minimum withdrawal amount allowed is 0.00100000 so I should be able to do the withdrawal but the system keeps telling me my balance is too low. I've contacted support a couple of time but gotten no response. I'm hoping this post will be seen and you can help me with my request.

Yah there is no reason to take so much in fees. I just got paid and lost 0.0003 BTC in fees and that's allot of money. My fee was suppose to be $1 something in CAD. I'll stick to my other ad networks. Well at least it's not as bad as hcaptcha who owed me over $100 in CAD but only payed me around $13 something in CAD
