Its possible but yes it doesn't have a high possibility to become a 1M in 2020 like now bitcoin is the headlines of the issue right now so my opinion is no. But who will know? Anything can happen with bitcoin. We don't know
I'm not sure it will happen, because now there are still many obstacles to be solved. small things can make bitcoins do not reach high prices, such as people who always make a negative image about bitcoin to the public. and it must be dealt with, because it will hamper. if all the problems are done, I'm sure bitcoin will reach a high value by 2020.

It's really posibble. I'm very bullish for bitcoin for that price and I think all alts will pump also. Compare the price of bitcoin from now and for the next 2 to 3 years it would be different story.

I'm not good with predictions but with just 3 years left, I don't think BTC will have that value in 2020. As much as I want its price to go up, with the current rate today I am not sure if it'll reach that rate after 3 years. First of all someone with this kind of terminology does not seem very trustworthy to me. But who knows maybe he will really have to eat his dick.
Secondly I really dont see this happening, I would actually be surprised if we see Bitcoin over $100k by then.
I think that this is possible because within just 1 week, Bitcoin manage to increase from $10k dollars to $16k so quick so in 2020 maybe the bitcoins will really reach $1 million dollars, Just try to read speculations on what are their predictions because it might help you to be more confident.

There needs to be basis to justify this amount. It's such a volatile market nobody can predict. These kind of numbers are hilarious and exaggerated.
I suppose that's exaggerated. BTC is really volatile, and I don't think we will reach this figure. Probably it will be around $50-70K.
