Yeah, that is what Jhon McAfee predict. 2 million is a hugh number and you can be sure that there will be goverment restrictions at an even cheaper price.
Well, i can not predict its Price by 2020 but i kinda believe what John McAfee Bullish said, because its Price raised so quickly these last months that i believe in this Prediction.
I don't think so... because $1 million is a huge gap.

We've got more chances of reaching $1m by 2020, because the price has been continuing to grow and apart from the same 2020 is set to be a milestone in the entire cryptocurrency network because of the halving that is gonna take place. Till now by the time of halving or close to the days we experience good price increase. Same will take the price reach $1m by the year 2020.
The $1 million value is based on the average daily increase of 0.52% over the last 8 years. With that calculation the price gets there in August of 2020. However, it will be difficult to sustain that growth rate and there are uncertainties about government interference/regulations.

Bitcoin at one million dollars till 2020, I won't be too confident to say this because that would be a very very big leap from 16,100 dollars to a million dollars. I would say that the value of Bitcoin can be like between like 30,000 dollars to 50,000 dollars, I am not sure that this is just a guess about the value of bitcoin when the current growth of bitcoin is taken into consideration. The value may be even more who knows.

The person behind the argument is not that important for me. People who understand tehnical analysis can easily see the point of the expectation of tht huge growth from bitcoin. It's not that complicated.
$ 1 million is not a small number, if bitcoin can achieve it is fantastic because 2020 is very short can be bitcoin through fork attacks are certainly a lot.

Sounds a bit exaggerated but what do I know? Anything can happen with Bitcoin and we can see its value slowly rising lately. But if i have to offer my guess, I'd say 1 BTC would be valued at 100,000 by 2020. 
Maybe yes or maybe no. We can't say a thing. Future is unpredictable after all. But there is always a possibility that it might happen. Since the value of Bitcoin continue to rise, maybe by 2020 it is at its biggest value which is good for everyone right? So, let's assume. We become what we think, what we think what become. What we think happens and everything is possible.

Yes, at this moment of time, 1 Million dollars sees a dream but who knows it can happen one day. Anything can happen in bitcoin and this is only currency which can fulfill any target. This is really amazing. Who would have thought at start December this year, bitcoin will be above 11,000$ ?

Maybe he will become billionaire in 2020 but not have 1 million dollars 1BTC = $ 1 million , I dare sure that none has the idea to invest money in btc and you think who the number of btc you are going to be sold to. And do you think you will be rich?

It sounds funny and exaggerated, but yeah it's certainly possible. $1 million by 2020 seems huge and a part of me doubt it. By 2020, I think bitcoin will reach atleast $60k only. It's hard to predict since we don't have a strong data to predict what will happen and as we all know, bitcoin is not stable. But yeah anything can happen, we don't know what the future holds.

This could happen, because by the starting of the year people were predicting about the price to reach $5000 and several people said that's impossible. In reality the same took place in a short and now it has crossed a large barrier than the predicted value. With bitcoin we cannot make accurate predictions. Everything takes place of its own, and lets give the support to reach out high.
Well it's possible, i mean everything is possible but i think it's too much i know this year bitcoin really increases a lot that no one can imagine, but 1million in 2020 i think that's too much it's just that bitcoin even has it's bumps along the way its not always increasing sometimes there will some bumps. But i'm not saying it's impossible its just that it really is hard to predict whats gonna happen.
It's completely possible. This year Bitcoin price went up 20x. If the same thing happens next year we are almost there
