I think bitcoin must have a proper education curriculum in order to spread to the students about it for better understanding. If not, even a full subject included in different business courses which are related in financial aspect and calculation. Although in other country they already included it on their subjects but much better if all school all over the world will have this course or subjects. It will help for the awareness of students in digital currency and on how to use blockchain technology.

Indeed my friend. Tangible things such as paper money, coins, golds, etc. are might be infected with the virus issue as of today. For the safety of all, online currency are most needed. Online transactions are needed to be secured. Not only for business purposes, but even a student should really be aware of this system.

If blockchain education is included in schools and university curriculum, not only will it help the students understand the blockchain technology, but at the same time it will also help in creating awareness about bitcoin around the country.

Agree with this , but all countries need to adopt bitcoin first as well as crypto-currency along with open blockchain technology not the private blockchain technology . And there are no doubt that people will be more aware about bitcoin , as a result, none will get trapped into scammers which will help the community from bad impacts because newbies always get trapped into scammers and get bad ideas about it. Also all student will be finicially educated from this, IMO.  Wink

I thought it was already introduced into the school curriculum and universities...
Selected school only in other country but in my country i didn't heard that there is already a curriculum regarding cryptocurrency in general. I agree that schools and universities must include the cryptocurrency subjects or open a courses related to this,so that students will become aware about digital currency and blockchain technology.
I never heard of a block-chain course being included in the school curriculum, but many universities around the globe does provide free and paid block-chain certification courses. Many people now understand that block-chain is a feasible long term career option along with becoming a block-chain developer.
Moreover knowing about bitcoin is going to be actually good thing for the coming generation as young minds learn quickly and they are the ones that would be shaping the future.

Addressing the future, cryptocurrency such as bitcoin should be taught in schools. This is why I did innovate a basic strategy as my research to used base numbers in cryptographic algorithm.

However, the computer is there to compute the numbers. But still, learners should be able to know the manual computation and how it increase and decrease according to its equivalent value.

In addition, this will make the new evolution of numbers of Mathematics.

I guess there is no need to understand the deep or advanced bitcoin things, I believed that bitcoin is really needed to be taught in schools since it is a great technology and in the future, this has so much potential of becoming a part of our society.

Learning some kind of mathematics about bitcoin is I think too advanced unless your planning to be kind of analyst, you just need basic knowledge about bitcoin and teach it in schools so that a lot of people could potentially use bitcoin and at the same time expose to it.

Teaching crypto in general to the students is a good move but isn't necessary or worse they will not put it in the curriculum.

First of all, most of the teachers aren't teaching about financial literacy (or maybe its just here in our country) so I think that the teachers will have a hard time teaching Bitcoin to the students. I see this very helpful but I doubt that they will put it in the curriculum or at least the students will be interested about this. Maybe there are some who are but most will not. There are some schools who are teaching blockchain or crypto already and that is a good move. I'm not expecting too much with this but if this will be added then good Smiley.

It might be impossible to include it in the curriculum right now, however I still believe some school may conduct workshops and seminars about the blockchain technology, and of course bitcoin will be a talk about it too. I think in my country it will be possible, and some schools are even conducting it even before the pandemic. It will be helpful especially to the courses that talks about computers, technology, and etc.

Also agree with you about financial literacy, it will be good to have it as a subject in schools.

Educating students about cryptocurrency can be divided into various fields, economics with material fluctuations, mathematics and physics on blockchain algorithms. I am of the view that the material on cryptocurrency and blockchain is somewhat complex, we can take the basics and become material that is easy, simple and useful especially if accompanied by good visualization of animation. Then the delivery method is chosen so that it can adjust the audience for the education. Education would be better to choose the name cryptocurrency or digital currency because it is general and I'm sure it's easier to understand.

I agree.
Bitcoin should already be part of the curriculum at all educational levels.

Here it has been mentioned that France is studying to incorporate Bitcoin into the study curriculum of high school students.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/cointelegraph.com/news/french-high-school-students-will-learn-about-bitcoin-and-crypto/amp

I once heard that Cornell University also taught Blockchain.

https://cornellblockchain.org/

Free online courses from the Best Universities in the world are also teaching bitcoin on Coursera.

https://www.coursera.org/learn/cryptocurrency

There will be significant progress in countries where bitcoin is accepted thanks to learning.

For bitcoin to be included in the school course curriculum, it needs to be first made legal by the countries. How can you include anything in the course which is not legal in most of the countries.  In my country, some people are offering courses on blockchain or crypto trading but that is being done at a personal or private level. There is no official course launched by our government.
Including bitcoin in a school curriculum, i doubt that would happen, but we might see blockchain been a topic and there might be university offering courses. In the future we might see more university opening up courses for blockchain
It could be a topic only, agree to it, but not a full subject. It's not necessary to be taught since you just need the basics if you want to learn about using cryptocurrency. Bitcoin is already an application in programming so definitely, it should be taught under courses with programming.

Bitcoin is very complex especially the blockchain but you will understand the system if you have a background and foundation on how to create it.

Look what I did in here --- Trying a little experiment using a programming language.
The only background that I have is basic programming.

This is a very good issue you raised. The bitcoin and blockchain are new innovations that'll sharpen the world in many ways.

I believe we should start teaching the basics in primary schools, high schools and colleges. The training should be on the technology and financial sides of the evolutions.

Knowledge is power but the application of knowledge is powerful....

Especially in countries where there is a lack of employment, training should be provided on various aspects of making money online, one of which is cryptocurrency. They will be interested in learning about Bitcoin and may be a means of earning money in the future.
The problem here that look at bitcoin as a way to make money online, then you are understanding it the wrong way, majority landed in bitcoin thinking that it is an easy way to make money, but making money is not easy.

There are many similarities between cryptocurrency and blockchain. I think the idea of cryptocurrency through the subject of economics is introduced among the students.

This should be a welcome development all around the world to engage students with the teachings of cryptocurrency as it has already started in some countries. But then it will only be possible in countries where the government has fully recognised cryptocurrency and its been used. It should be taught to youths and adults too because majority of the people don't have the knowledge too.

Many developed countries around the world are taught about blockchain technology. The use of blockchain technology for the security and mobility of transactions is increasing day by day. Related to cryptocurrency and blockchain. The number of countries using Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is also increasing day by day. Therefore, cryptocurrency, Bitcoin and blockchain technology must be included in the education curriculum.

Because bitcoin is a future currency and also has sophisticated technology
I alsoe believe that it was a sophisticated topic thus need to be studied. However, I disagree on the suggestion of making it as a subject in highschool because it was not essential for the youngsters. Don't get me wrong, I am not against this. What I'm just telling is that there's no need to change the curriculum significantly before learning this. Besides, we all don't need to become bitcoin analysts in the future; as long as we know its basic concept then we can already adopt it for good Smiley.

Because bitcoin is a future currency and also has sophisticated technology. I think it should be introduced as early as possible, especially
bitcoin must begin to be learned in school. Education about bitcoin becomes very important, because bitcoin can make changes in the
economic sector. With bitcoin some countries have begun to experience financial improvements, and bitcoin can also make our finances
better by investing in bitcoin.
