Although the bitcoin market is not experiencing any significant pump in price after the market correction, I still believe we can still achieve the $20K price because nothing is impossible.
We all have seen how bitcoin crossed $20,000 in December . When do you think this will happen again?
For the year 2018, I doubt bitcoin will reach $ 20,000 in December. Bitcoin will not be able to rise that high because the current market is so bad. I'm more confident that $ 20,000 will be achieved in 2019.
Nowadays that the condition of Bitcoin price movement is in a stable enough position, hence therefore we should be able to be patient in this position. No other significant moves have occurred as in the past few weeks. This is a dilemma because we are faced with conditions where we must be able to make decisions. I am not either sure if it will going to reach at that price again because as we can see at the current price of bitcoin, it is too deep from the price last year. Maybe if there's another fork, things might change a little bit.

Bitcoin will defintely break the 20,000 price but not now or to be precise not in this 2018. The months left for the year to end is too near for the price to get back to 20k.
Isn't be possible at this time, 2018 market trend is far different from 2017 growth percentage. Even experts never think it would be happen again, our market seems to be manipulated by some whales which is a huge hindrance of its fast growth.

It will never happen this year,and i believe not in the next two years.this is the effect of the correction because of the bubble that happened last December 2017.
But if this ETF on August 10 will be accepted,then i cant say what is the maximum price bitcoin will reach

It will definitely happen again but it is going to take a lot of time for that to happen, I know there are many people in the forum that have the hope that bitcoin is going to recover somehow by the end of this year, but this seems to be a prediction that is simply too optimistic, a more realistic prediction is that bitcoin is going to take a few years before it recovers but this is not bad news since this will give us time to get more bitcoin during that time.

I understand you're doubting because of the sudden market down, but you have to understand that the cryptocurrency is like a stock market. I don't know when, but the amount will surely go up to 20k $ again. We jjust need to wait.To wait is the key mind you mate.
I have been thinking that this particular price correction is going to be less than a year; however, the longer that we are in the correction, the more I accept the possibility that the correction is going to be longer than what was expected.
I recall towards the end of the 2014/2016 correction there were a lot of posters disclosing how they were going to cash out everything or near everything when BTC prices returned to $1k. I kept suggesting that cashing out that close to the previous ATH of $1,163 would be premature and likely regretful since BTC prices would likely shoot significantly above the previous ATH, once reaching that level (which happened).
So, I agree that the same thing is likely to be true here. We do not know how long it is going to take to reach previous ATH of $20k, but once prices start to get close to that amount, it would likely to be imprudent to cash out significant amounts of BTC in that price range... sure you can cash out some, just to take profits, but be careful about cashing out too much and not to be significantly prepared for the seemingly likely possibility of a significant amount of additional UP.
