we are a small regional delivery-service located in Southwest-Germany, delivering foods from regional farms to peoples houses in the near city.
We opened our web shop a few weeks ago and now want to add BTC as an payment-Option.
But the biggest problem is the jumping BTC/EUR exchange-rate every second.

Therefor i would like to discuss on this forum if there is the possibility to stabilize the price somehow or guarantee a stable price for at least a short period of time.
For Example:
We could price our goods at an exchange-rate, calculated as average over last 12 hours. As long as the actual exchange-rate (e.g MtGox) does not fall/raise more than 10% we could leave our BTC-price stable.
Something like this. We would be willing to risk to sell our goods some % cheaper than in EUR.
BTC becomes more and more popular on Media here, so we would also like to use this as part of our own marketing (Regional-TV report).
Perhaps this would be also a positive marketing for BTC, when people hear/read about farmers selling food for BTC and offer (some kind of) guarantees.

This is the idea and maybe it’s not practicable cause of the additional risk when BTC drop too fast and stay there and evil forces buy our whole warehouse while we are asleep, but perhaps there are better solutions to find.
